I bought my laminate from them a few weeks ago. By far, the quality was better than anywhere else. I checked at least 6 flooring companies. No one had the selection this company has. Their prices were also very good for the quality. I think they usually deal in more volume than what I bought for a 200 sq ft room. It was a small purchase, but the girls in front helped me as if I was buying for a whole house. Anyway, the selection was huge, the prices were great, and overall I would highly recommend them.

Do not, under any circumstances, do business with this company. I called with a simple business to business inquiry and was told by the woman who answered the phone in a very sweet, sugary voice that I could «s&$* her d%@*$».
I hung up the phone in a state of shock. Never in my 20+ years of doing business in Los Angeles have I ever experienced such an encounter. What kind of a business owner has someone like this dealing with the public? Shame on whoever owns this place and allows this kind of behavior. You may not be interested in our service, but there’s no need to be abusive and rude on the phone. I will not be recommending Ultimate Floors to anyone. And I am an affluent home owner who will probably be in need of some flooring in the near future. I will also make sure that my friends and community know about their business practices.

You guys have really bad customer service. I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate/​quote and the girl that took my information apparently she didn’t book my appointment as no one showed up to my house. After an hour passed by I called you guys and instead of getting someone out to see me you just offer me a $ 100.00 dollars off my purchase. I needed service right way and you guys didn’t see any urgency in your mistake.
