USC Sierra Apartments

Sierra is a good option for students looking for a chance to have more privacy at an affordable price. Each apartment features a central living room and kitchen with two separate bedrooms. There are usually two people per bedroom and both share a central bathroom. All apartments higher than the first floor have a balcony which is excellent for smoking, chilling, or looking at the view of either campus or downtown LA depending on what side of the building your room is on. Sierra also has the mail for all other buildings nearby so you don’t have to leave to check your mailbox. There are three study rooms, with one on each floor of the building. No gym like some other USC housing options but overall a good choice. Street parking isn’t hard to find, but underground parking is available for a price.
