Affordable, with wonderful staff and in a cool area. Nestled away in between Glendale, Eagle Rock, and Atwater Village.

I absolutely enjoyed my one year stay at these apartments. The units are ample, clean and extremely quiet. I rented a one bedroom and it was top notch with real wood flooring, ceiling fans and a beautiful view of the Verdugo Hills area.
Let me also send my deepest gratitude to the staff who are a great team of managers, maintenance and landscaping crew who keep this place running highly professional.
They are quick to resolve building issues and repairs and the management is superb at staying in communication with tenants from updates and repairs to even going as far as sending out a Verdugo Mesa Apartments newsletter with tips and events locally.
The management really set the standard on exemplary service!
