Located in Beverly Hills première Rodeo Drive, this Versace location hosts, Versace Atelier, Versace ready-to-wear, handbags, shoes, accessories, jewelry, home and Versus Collection.
What a location front! Walking into this store is like walking into a museum. For the most part, I always find this location has in stock the most recent and trendy styles I am looking for. I was searching for some fall tops and cardigans to update my wardrobe about a week ago and was very pleased with the assortment they carried in store. Probably spent almost an hour in their trying on things. Sales people are always friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise and the latest trends and are so helpful. I did ended up purchasing a beautiful cashmere cardigan with metallic buttons and cute embellishments and these fierce leather pumps with striking gold heels! Can’t wait to wear them!

This review is strictly about Sokie and my experience with her. My boyfriend and i are huge Versace fans and have been to MANY stores and even had the privilege to enjoy a dinner at the Versace Mansion. But this experience with Sokie was the WORST customer service i’ve ever received! On Monday a friend and i drove up from Orange County to Beverly HIlls(over an hour drive) for some shopping. We entered the store and were the only 2 customers. We walked around the front part of the store for about 5 min. while Sokie scorned over at us from across the store never greeting us once! I finally looked in her direction as i walked by and said hi how are you? With her arms crossed she looked me up and down and gave me a half a** smirk. My jaw about hit the floor i was so shocked by her attitude and lack of customer service! She didn’t even say hi back! Last time i checked, i was the customer in YOUR place of work! So we continued on towards the shoes and i found the pair my boyfriend had asked me to go into Versace to purchase in the first place. Sokie was still scorning in our direction and heard me ask my friend to take a pic to send to my BF to make sure i had the correct pair of shoes. Sokie says from half way across the store that i’m not allowed to take pics in the store of merchandise! I find this hilarious considering the fact i’ve had numerous other Versace employees take pics for me of merchandise and have never had an issue! I think Gianni Verace is rolling over in his grave knowing the empire he built is being handled by an employee like Sokie. Thank God this wasn’t my very first trip into a Versace store or she would have made a horrible first impression. My BF went into South Coast today and ordered the shoes for me. From now on i will just stick to my favorite sales specialists(both named Michael) from the South Coast Plaza and Dallas stores.

One of my favorite designers however the selection is very small. The store in NYC is much better with a lot of selection. The service is great. They deliver your purchases to your house within an hour and are very helpful and cordial. Only 3 stars because of limited selection.

Gianni Versace is the only store I would always visit on every Rodeo Dr. tour. Simply because of the elegance apperance in the building structure, and always wow experience in it’s collection. I am obsessed with the Medusa logo, and I have always fall in love with their accessory. For my visit on 2/18, I was prepared to order the V-Forever Wedding bands(actually it’s the exact same product as V-Profile) and you can pick and choose the style, with choice of large princess cut diamond, sprinkle of small diamonds, width, and custom sizes. I did my homework against two Versace stores, to the South Coast location which happen to be pretty close by where I work vs. the one closer to me in this tourist location. The tax rate is 1% less in Orange county. However, my conversation with the South Coast associate disappointed me, the person was ineffective and unprofessional throughout regarding my inquiry, and the answer, was pretty much unacceptable she said«sorry» to me over the phone, the moment I visit South Coast on 2⁄17 as anonymous I understood why, that is, the location in Orange is simply a representative without much goodies. Back to the Rodeo Dr, my sales associate was also unprofessional about my inquiry over the phone. A day prior to my phone call, I e-mail the store regarding my concerns for the wedding band(lead-time, sizes, price, sales tax, and appearance of jewelry box), because there was no response for a day, I called and she said to me that she saw the e-mail but«didn’t read thru it». I was in shock for such response! Anyhow, she did make it up to that by giving me all the info I needed that evening. The service was worth more than 1% of the sales price and I was really glad I see the«close» to actual product at this location to do side-by-side perspective against my fiancé’s engagement ring. Most importantly we realize how crucial it is to make sure the width of the band fit the guy and the girl where I like it to be more bold(wider) and thinner for girl who want to wear both engagement and wedding at the same time! I was feeling excited and nervous to purchase our wedding ring at the brand I love. Besides, our ring will be custom made thru this famous location! As a side note, you may ask for beverage at this location(or entitle to at any given jewelry shop). One surprise we saw today was the sunglasses with Medusa print where people can see the pattern looking at you, but you see it as a normal sunglasses, pretty cool stuff! My fiancé is also delighted by their handbag collection, which to many believe it depreciate in value too quickly but I have to say that the designer is doing something right about it’s product in year 2012.

I was a tourist guide for my friend, Hector A. visiting from El Paso, Texas. I didn’t need clothes, so I din’t buy anything. However, the store is simply posh.

The first time I went to this store, I had a very mixed experience but it ended up good. The first salesman I encountered blew me off completely. It’s not like I was dressed like crap or anything like that, but for whatever reason he didn’t take me seriously. Fine. His loss. The second salesman I encountered while I was looking at shirts was awesome, and he reaped the benefit because I ended up buying quite a bit on that trip. I’ve never had a negative experience here since then, either. I’m not from the area and I’m not in California often at all, but I definitely prefer this store over the Versace store in NYC. The Versace store on Fifth Ave in NYC has some really lackluster people working there and dealing with them has always seemed like it takes an unnecessary amount of effort and frustration. This is a great store to check out if this is the sort of clothing you like. It’s obviously not for everyone. If the thought of paying $ 500 for a shirt makes you want to vomit, then no, you probably shouldn’t bother with this place.

Friendly sales associates; however, they are not good about being attentive and following up to help get you what you request. Just lackluster and lazy approach to customer service. Disappointingly not up to par with other boutiques in Beverly Hills or even Costa Mesa, where the sales associates will usually go above and beyond for you!

My friends and I were wandering Rodeo Drive today(I’m a local, they’re tourists), just to check out the scene, as one must do when friends who are tourists are in town. On Rodeo Drive, we definitely walked into places where we were ignored. Since it was a warm day and we were driving around in a convertible, we were dressed comfortably not stylishly. I was in an Old Navy t-shirt, for God’s sake. Versace’s sales specialists treated us like gold. They were attentive, respectful, yet gave us space. Told us about the sales, gave us enough attention to feel respected yet didn’t hover. I was given an associate’s card(good job Anastasia) and encouraged to seek her out in the future if I have any needs. LOVED the jacket I tried on, but it’s out of my price range this year. But I’ll be back in a year or two when my financial situation should be VERY different, not those other places who judged me today.

It’s hard to rate a store highly that has such a limited selection but you expect that going in to any Versace store. The service here is excellent but you expect that too. It might seem like their following you but they have to follow you upstairs to the men’s section to see if you need help. ha ha. I might stop here if I’m in the neighborhood but get most of my Versace clothes in Las Vegas.

An amazing store! I must say things have really changed. The new Manager Todd is absolutely wonderful! The staff is very attentive. I went there this last week with my wife and we were truly treated like stars. We love the new manager, he has brought back the truly amazing service that makes shopping there an incredible experience.
