Where to begin? The dictionary should have this business name under the definition of rude, disrespectful & unprofessional.
The front desk staff treats patients with complete utter disregard when scheduling appointments. They schedule multiple appts at once and are shocked when patients complain. They expect patients to wait (happily as if they’re giving us a cookie) the extra 45mins while the MD sees the other 2 – 3 patients scheduled in the same time slot.
The two females managing front desk deliver absurd customer service. They treat patients as if they’re doing the patients a favor. Ummmm last I checked my business pays your bills! You’re not giving me a treat by seeing me…
In the end services were rendered but not without lip (arguing). So if you plan on coming to this location expect horrible service but you’ll end up with the product you sought.
A few patients raved about Dr. Harris & Dr. Hernandez, the new Dr managing this location seems to be dragging the schedule.

Amazing program. I’ve done the HCG diet twice and I’ve lost 35 pounds in total. I feel fantastic and the program was not difficult to do as long as you prepare your meals in advance and follow the rules. This is actually the first time in my Life that I’ve ever followed a program religiously and wasn’t irritable about doing it.
I give it a plus — it works for me!

Bought a voucher off a website that ended up going out of business. The physician did not seem to be confident in administering Botox and I found myself oddly repeating myself as to how many units I needed and where as I have been doing botox for years.
People…just do your homework when searching for a medical doctor… you will be glad you did.

I would not trust this place to preform services! I didn’t even get seen and maybe it’s a blessing. I made an appointment a week in advance for the WLA location. The person taking the appointment said they may be moving but they would call me before hand if they were. It was only a week away so you would think if youre moving a business you have a date in mind.
I show up to my appointment and I was a few minutes early and the office door was locked. I thought they weren’t back from lunch so I was waiting in the hallway. That’s when my phone rang and it was the appointment taker asking if anyone called me about the change of location? WTF?!? NO! She asked if I could go to the La Brea office 15 minutes away. I was upset and said if I did I wanted to be taken right away because I had things scheduled for later. She put me on hold for 5 minutes then said «the doctor cant see you today» Didn’t I have an appointment? She just asked me 5 minutes prior if I could go to La Brea.
That’s when I decided that I could not trust them to give me any sort of treatment.
DO NOT HAVE SERVICES WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!

I came to this location because it’s close to my job and I needed my next batch of hcg. I normally go to the long beach location, but this fit my schedule. I decided to do the hcg diet with dr Harris after doing extensive research on the diet. I found out the injections were the best way to do this diet with pharmacy grade hcg. So when a living social deal came out, I jumped on it. I lost 18 pounds the first round, about three weeks, that I decided to do another. I lost about 37 pounds! That was last year and was able to keep it off until thanksgiving, Xmas, my trip to costa rica and my birthday did me in… :(. But I knew I would lose it quick with this diet. So I’m on it again. It’s been a week and I already lost ten pounds! My coworkers have also started this diet with him and have also been successful.
Prices are great for being injections. But he now has pharmacy grade pills. Idk how those are, but a chicken coworker might do those in a few months, so I might update later.
Best diet I have ever done! FYI I’m very afraid of needles, but you get used to it. The weight loss was worth getting through the fear.
