History

Established in 2001.

Mr. Weintraub established Weintraub Law Corporation in 2001. In 2002 Mr. Selth joined the firm as Senior Counsel. The firm became known as Weintraub & Selth, APC in 2004.

The firm represents debtors and creditors in all chapters of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The firm also has extensive experience representing debtors and creditors in workouts and restructures before state and federal courts.

As a Bankruptcy Lawyer and Business Litigator for over 20 years, I have successfully handled a large number & wide variety of personal bankruptcy cases, business bankruptcy cases, reorganizations & business litigation disputes for clients. I have also represented both secured & unsecured creditors in bankruptcy court and in the state courts. I pride myself when representing creditors in getting them what they are owed. I am known as an attorney who can handle tough cases on both sides of the line. My work also includes complex business litigation, real estate transactions, debt negotiation, asset protection & other legal services.
