Whitecoat Healthcare is amazing — I’ve never written a review on Unilocal before but these guys may have actually saved my sanity and for that, I have to give back kind words.
This last Saturday I started feeling the beginning of a UTI and thought I could ride it out (like an idiot) and I put off getting help or a prescription until 11pm on a Saturday. I was in so much pain, and since I just moved to LA I didn’t have a primary doctor or any awareness of medical care here. I googled «urgent care 24 hours» and Whitecoat came up.
When I called, the guy on the phone was so nice and understanding and worked super quickly to get me in touch with a nurse/​practitioner before they closed at midnight. Since he couldn’t find anyone to come to my house, he set up a skype call with me and Ana (nurse/​practitioner) — IT WAS SO GREAT AND CONVENIENT. She was so nice and I just kept thinking «THIS IS THE FUTURE AND I LOVE IT». She called in my prescription ASAP and thats when all three of us (Me, Ana, and sweet receptionist man on the phone) found out that almost all 24 hour pharmacies computer’s stop working every Saturday.
Ana and sweet receptionist man called all the pharmacies around me until 1 AM until they found a pharmacy that could fill my antibiotic prescription ASAP. They worked an hour past closing just for the health of my vag and kidneys. Angels, ANGELS I say!
All of this was only $ 99 — plus they gave me a $ 25 discount because Ana couldn’t come to my house. They texted me updates throughout the whole ordeal of trying to find an open (and functioning) pharmacy, and I just kept thanking them the whole time.

WhiteCoat is the best! Truly urgent care to your home, and they are open every day from 8am-​midnight, even open on weekends. The phone rep was very helpful and understanding when helping to schedule my appointment, and there was also great follow-​up a day after they came to my house as well, when they called to make sure I was doing OK.

Truly revolutionary. Their reputation definitely precedes itself. Jamie is fantastic, I wish she were my primary. I called for a sinus infection and she was in and out in half an hr. She also took the time to talk about some of my other health concerns that were unrelated to my infection. The prescription she gave did wonders, the infection was out of my system in 2 days. Save yourself the trip to an urgent care facility and call. I absolutely recommend!

WhiteCoat is awesommmme. I booked a vitamin infusion treatment late at night before going out to a party. Felt weak and needed the extra boost. They called me promptly to notify me that all their providers were booked for the night, but they were kind enough to offer three free B-​12 shots for my next two IVs. I moved my appointment for the next morning, which wasn’t a bad idea after all since it helped with my hangover. Will definitely book again to redeem my B-​12 shots!

Simply delightful. As a third time patient, I’ve been meaning to write a review for some time. Had a stomach bug this time around and suspected I would need some form of IV treatment given the amount of fluid I was losing. Kept putting off going to a MD office since I don’t have insurance but knew I needed to be seen by someone. So glad I called.
Had an IV administered right in my living room with some Netflix playing in the background. Best part of it was the cost. Who knew such personalized at-​home healthcare could be so darn affordable. This is how healthcare should be: fast, efficient, and affordable with no hidden fees. Thanks much, I will recommend to all my friends & family.

Never been to an urgent care facility or ER. When I’m sick I generally wait around and suffer through it until I can be seen by my primary. Except this time around my head cold and sore throat was getting the best of me. I couldn’t swallow anything and felt awful the entire day. Plus when I called my primary, they said the next available appt would be Tuesday morning. I knew I couldn’t wait around that long, esp., when a quick r/​x was probably what I needed.
Called White coat and a clinician was at my door in no time. Felt so much better after the visit and the quality of healthcare was even better than my primary. No long lines waiting around with sick people and filling out paperwork. So efficient and effective, the reviews really do speak for themselves.

Today I used #WhiteCoat Healthcare for the first time. Not only did I have the pleasure of staying at my own home while being treated, I also received impeccable service from the WhiteCoat Staff and their incredible NP Amir. He was amazingly thorough and sweet! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I realized late in the afternoon that I had a horrible UTI and because of a mistake with my health insurance, no PCP. I frantically looked online for where I should go to be taken care of when I found WhiteCoat. I thought it was too good to be true, but, it’s legit. The PA came to my house about an hour and a half after I placed the request online. He talked to me about my symptoms and wrote me the script I needed for antibiotics. As a busy working adult with frequent UTI’s, this is a game changer. No more suffering in pain until you can make time in your work schedule to get to a doctor. I’ll definitely call them again.

I woke up with a really bad sore throat one morning and had to catch a flight the next day so I was really scared that I was coming down with the flu or something worse. I had no time to visit a doctor as it was so last minute; I decided to try WhiteCoat. I went on Whitecoat’s website, which is very easy to use I must say and booked a same-​day appointment. WhiteCoat sent one of their doctors within an hour and half of requesting. They have these cool medical bags and kits. I had a sore throat, so he swabbed my throat, and told me that I’m negative for strep. Such a great experience!

I’m a tech consultant based in NYC. I have insurance, but my deductible is high so I am very used to paying out of pocket for urgent cares and minute clinics. I’m pretty healthy, so it ends up being cheaper since I have like one check up a year. I usually spend the beginning of the year traveling back and forth. I was working in LA and of course went to a few pre-​parties over the weekend… which took its toll. I was definitely not feeling 100%. And I had to be ON POINT for work. It is an extremely fast paced environment, especially during these high profile events. I woke up with the worst headache after drinking at a networking event and had to be at setup around noon. I literally Googled «hangover cure» and WhiteCoat popped up. Around 7:45am, I booked an appointment with an IV and B12 shot. I got a call at 8am on the dot, confirmed someone would be at my place at 9, get my treatment for about 40 minutes, and be good to go to work. And that’s exactly how it went down. I was done enough time to shower and get ready. The nurse who came was super friendly. Their IV drip really works.

My 8 month old had a high fever and the last thing I wanted to do was get in the car to drive to an urgent care facility and wait for hours before being seen. Any parent would sympathize that taking a child out when sick is stressful and not the most ideal of circumstances. I heard about WhiteCoat from a neighbor, who raved about their services. Within 35 minutes of the initial phone call, I heard the doorbell ring. Zero waiting time, and so thorough and friendly. Explained everything so clearly, and even gave tips on how to soothe my daughter to help her sleep through the night. High, high praise for WhiteCoat! Call them when you’re sick, you won’t regret it.

My throat was killing me all morning and it was getting worse by the hour. By 3pm I couldn’t swallow a thing and felt like crap… the last thing I wanted was to drive to an urgent care facility. Called at 3:30pm and Natalie was at my door in half an hour. Experienced, brilliant, knowledgeable, and listened to every single one of my concerns. Received a 5 minute strep test​and​found that I have strep so Natalie wrote a couple prescriptions and even told me some home remedies to help ease the symptoms (hint: herbal tea and popsicles do wonders!!!) Such a sweetheart, thank you so much Natalie!!! You’re a sweetheart!

I could not have been happier with White Coat’s service. They were professional, caring and warm from the initial call to the follow up the next day. It only took 20 minutes for Dr Amir to arrive and he put us at ease. There were two follow up calls, one from the doctor and one from the main office. It was truly appreciated! I highly recommend this urgent care after hours!

Felt a tad under the weather and called WhiteCoat for an 8pm checkup, same day, after work. Infinitely more convenient than any doctor’s office or urgent care. Had an amazing NP, finished the whole thing in about 20 minutes (and they accept insurance). If you’re feeling a little under the weather, or are overdue for a doctor’s appointment, you must must must try WhiteCoat. Basically über for your health.

I used WhiteCoat four times already and they are simply AMAZING. I had such a positive experience with them previously after being sick with the flu so I called them this time around for my annual physical. I don’t have insurance so everything is out of pocket and was shocked to find out that a physical is only $ 75!!! Kind of ridiculous, given how comprehensive it was. AND they even offer lab tests if necessary. As a repeat patient, I had a different clinician every time, but every single WhiteCoat was highly knowledgeable, warm and caring with excellent bed-​side manners. Very obvious that each clinician was hand selected and trained. Worth every penny spent, thank you so much.

I was traveling for work and staying in LA– it was supposed to be a week long trip, but they needed me in town for a week longer. I only brought the medication I needed for the time I thought I would be here, and now was going to run out. I searched online for an urgent care or doctor since I don’t have a primary care provider here. WhiteCoat came up and I gave them a call. I told them my issue and they said it wouldn’t be a problem– they could send a provider to see me and write me a prescription, and even give me a check-​up. They were also able to forward my chart to my regular doctor back home for his records. The clinician I had was named Jiman– he was fantastic. Very professional, courteous, and efficient. I was able to choose between meeting Jiman at my hotel or at work– I chose work, since I couldn’t be sure when I’d be ending the day. He got to me in half an hour, which is nearly impossible in Los Angeles. About another half an hour, the visit was done and I was already in line at the pharmacy. One of the most painless doctor going experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t live in LA, but if I I’m ever here again I would be using Whitecoat! Looking forward to the day you expand out to London.

It was Super Bowl weekend and I got pretty drunk and ate too many hot wings, which made me feel sick and nauseated. I started throwing up and was really dehydrated. It was late and I didn’t want to drive looking for a doctor so I google urgent care and came across WhiteCoat. It took me 2 minutes to book for a housecall on my iphone. They offer all kinds of other services on top of the urgent care visit. I added IV hydration and B12 for the hell of it. In 5 minutes, I get a call from WhiteCoat saying that the nurse practitioner is on her way. It felt good getting infused because I could feel the cool solution going inside me. Their mobile IV service is the bomb.

I love this! As a nurse myself– I was impressed by everyone! My boyfriend who does not have a primary care provider needed antibiotics. I brought him to urgent care and he said he couldn’t stand being there for two hours so I called. They listened to me tell his symptoms and they called in his prescription. It was awesome. So efficient and they listened to what I had to say. As an RN, I am very impressed with their service. Thank you!!!

I found this service while looking for some natural remedies for a bladder infection (UTI). Turns out that it just wasn’t working trying to treat it on my own. I was so excited when I realized that I could have a physician make a house call — what?! Amazing.
I set up my appointment request through my phone, took care of payment (easy) and had a prescription in my hand within a few hours.
