While my issues are not yet actually resolved, I had a chance to discuss with Lea (super sweetheart by the way) my issues and I feel like she had some excellent offers for me to help resolve them. I feel much better knowing there’s a light at the end of the tunnel and at the end of the day, all I was looking for was some assistance in coming to a resolution. I’ll follow up more but for now, I think the willingness to help is excellent and I appreciate that a lot! Not all problems can always be solved over night but I feel much better after meeting with Lea and I am confident she will help me thru this.

¹¹⁄₁₀ would live here again. Yes, it’s getting pricey, but to be honest, Los Angeles is pricey and I prefer to pay for quality.
Nina and Steve were so helpful when we moved in, made us feel at home even when we came in to tour the property. They were both super helpful in the move-​out process as well. They were always willing to help with any issue and since I was not familiar with LA, they were more than willing to help me figure out my way around as well as helping me find resources in the area.
Pedro and G were great maintenance guys. They were quick to respond and when they noticed something was up with my pipes, they came in to check it out and fix it. I was never charged for anything I did not directly cause and they were always great about following up on jobs.
Street parking is pretty bad on Irolo and James M Wood, but sometimes Normandie wasn’t so bad. If you’re looking to check out the apartment, do it early in the morning between 9 and 10, parking is pretty open around then.
Though I didn’t get all of my deposit back, I’m gonna say that only losing $ 40 is pretty damn good. It was really awesome that the refund came with an itemization of all the costs that were deducted and the individual invoices.
I can honestly say that I will be back in a BRE property when I return to LA. Hopefully Windsor Court. I have never been more pleased with a living arrangement since living with my parents circa 2000.

I have lived here for the last two years and I’m now moving out! Me and my girlfriend are moving to another BRE property in a different part of town! Honestly for the area the price is getting a little too high for what you get! The complex is quiet and it seem like the new manager is really professional and caring! But I think the area doesn’t support the prices they now want to charge! All in all it has been a nice little place but it’s time to move on to a bigger and better place! I am staying with BRE properties because of their professionalism and their newer property is really nice!
