History

Established in 2012.

Wonderdog Walks was born of the conviction that you should do what you love and the rest will follow.

After spending a great deal of time studying what is important to dog lovers and pup-​parents like myself and even more time devoted to providing a specialized and unique approach to pet care, I launched Wonderdog Walks.

Our mission is a simple one:

To provide discerning pup parents with peace of mind knowing that your pup is not only in loving, professional hands but also getting the attention, exercise and TLC they love, whether you’re at work bringing home the bacon (and those tasty treats!), or on a much deserved vacation.

I was born into a large family that lived in a very small town in Upstate New York. I was that kid who begged and pleaded with my parents until they were so tired of their quick «no’s» follow by a barrage of «why’s» and «why nots» from both me and my siblings that they got us our first dog, a sweet, cocoa colored Cockapoo, appropriately named «Cocoa.»

And so the love affair with dogs (and cats began). I got bigger and so did the dogs, I currently have two Golden Retrievers, who like every pup-​parent, thinks are the most amazing dogs in the world.

In addition to giving all the pets in my care all the TLC they love, I also take very seriously the responsibility that comes for caring for your special four-​legged friend, to that end I’m certified in Pet First Aid, a member of Pet Sitters International and Bonded and Insured. All to give you the peace of mind that your pet is in caring and professional hands.
