BBQ. We use a Two Step Cooking process for all of our BBQ Chicken, Tri Tip and Ribs. First seasoned and slow roasted overnight and then grilled to order over a live mesquite wood grill and brushed with our signature BBQ Sauce. Our Pulled Pork, Brisket, StLouis Ribs, Giant Short Rib and Burnt Ends are smoked for several hours.
