In the process of a remodel and our contractor recommended Y9 and Isaac for our masther walk in and we couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, Isaac was friendly and professional and the final product is great.
While he is based in the Valley and my wife and I both work and live in Santa Monica, Isaac worked with us on scheduling and initial consultation, and honored our request to come after 7 pm on a weekday night. I know that had to be a time killer for him with rush hour traffic, but Isaac said no problem.
During our consultation he was very helpful and full of knowledge. This guy knows what he’s doing. He showed us a few options gave us a rough idea of price and input everything into his computer which helps speed up the turnaround and save money.
Isaac got us a quick estimate, helped us with options in our budget, and scheduled a date to do final measurements and then the installation. Turnaround was pretty quick. We went from final measurements to having our new shower doors within two weeks.
I would definitely use Y9 again, and recommend him without reservation.

Discovered the bottom hinge on my very heavy, frameless shower door had broken completely off. Called two companies and never even got a return call. Isaac at Y9 called me within a few hours of my leaving a message and came out the same day. He secured the door so nothing would happen until he could order the replacement hinge, showed me catalogues and sample finishes when I said I’d like to update the hardware, and returned to do the installation as soon as the hardware arrived. Would that I could find all craftsmen like him!

Isaac designed, measured and installed the glass for my new showers. He went above and beyond. I liked that Isaac was actually the person who did the work himself. Great job, conscientious work, fair price. I recommend him and would use him again.

Finally, after moving into our home 8 years ago, we decided to replace our stall shower door with a frameless one. First move was to log into Unilocal and research. Came up with 4 possibles near us. Call #1 got us a quote over the phone for what we felt was a reasonable price, contingent on a visit to get the specifics and sign. Call #2 was to Y9 Inc., where Isaac set a time to meet with us.
He showed up on time, always a plus. He then proceeded to do his thing, then discussed options, such as 3/​8″ or ½″, coatings, etc., without trying to upsell us, plus #2. After picking a couple of options, he gave us prices, which seemed reasonable as well.
We discussed it amongst ourselves, and decided to go with Isaac, who is very knowledgeable, professional, and seemed to really care about doing the job correctly and promptly.
He and we were spot on; he did a great job, and we selected the right person. I highly recommend his service and products. We are thrilled with the outcome, and love the well-​done job.

We remodeled our bathroom, and the glass doors and shower glasses made our marbled bathroom look more elegant! Issac is responsive to our phone calls and emails. He is a good listener and understood what we wanted. He helped us design a sleek and minimalist installation. He took time to measure and install. He graciously came to help us install an additional fixture to help us pass the strict Santa Monica inspection. He is friendly, professional, and gets the job done.

Just finished my bathroom remolding. Called on Saturday morning, and scheduled with Isaac for an estimate. Isaac came right on time we scheduled, he was really kind and knowledgeable, he gave me the price right away, after I agreed he said installation will be in few days. Just got a repair done in my master bath, to my shower door. I called them this morning, Isaac and his worker arrived really fast, one hour later. The door was touching the other glass on the side and it felt really unsafe. Isaac checked the condition of the door and gave me a fair price for the repair. They adjusted the door back to what it was when I got it, and replaced the plastic on the bottom of the door for a new one. I will use them again.
