We use very special fine surgical disposable steel needles to each patient. Since every patient has his/​her own unique condition and ailment, we also provide cupping therapy, kinesio taping therapy, ear acupuncture, and electro-​needle therapy.

Initially a pre-​med student planning to become a plastic surgeon, Dr. Bae changed careers when he saw how Oriental medicine helped a paralyzed stroke patient,

WHY:
I’ve been having stomach issues for a decade, & decided to seek an alternative option to pill popping.
PROS:
— Takes my insurance.
— Clean, upscale environment.
— Located in DTLA!
— Parking is only $ 1 (very rare in dtla)
— The staff is extremely friendly & informative.
— Appointment scheduling is very flexible.
CONS:
— I wish they were open on weekends :(
OVERALL:
I love this place & I plan on continuing visiting here to optimize my health.

Great Acupuncturist! Very glad I found him. I would recommend him to anyone!
I had never had acupuncture before but YB Clinic on Hope –down town location initial consult was very thorough. Extremely kind, inviting energy, I was able to really relax for my treatment. It felt very supportive and just want I needed. I will be back often :) and. Acupuncturist name Jun. was very professional, kind, and cares very much about people’s well being. I’d only met him for the first time today for a consultation. But He looks young, energetic. I’ve been disregarded by so many Acupuncturists in the past– It’s great to meet who that regards me as a fellow human that actually cares! I highly recommend him. And people who was work there was more than welcoming and they actually connected with you not as a patient but as a friend who cares. The visit was fast and thorough no complaints here thanks for everything.

I love this place! When I found them I was having insane lower back pain I could barely walk and after a week of treatments I have close to no pain in my back now. My overall health is better because of the vitamins they provide. The YB Clinic is extremely helpful and I’m blessed to have them in my life.
I recommend anybody and everybody to come out an at least try it !!

After going to the Beverly Hills location, I was in downtown and I decided to check out this location too. I love how there is parking right next door and the location is super clean and I love love love the little goodies they have at the front.
There are a lot of rooms, so the wait is never long.
What I love about this place is that because I had seen Dr. Bae in Beverly Hills, my folder was already here in downtown; I DIDN’T HAVE TO REPEAT MYSELF!!! Dr. Jun was the doctor that saw me and at first I was disappointed that it wasn’t Dr. Bae but Dr. Jun was incredible! Because he had my folder and already knew the different treatments that I was receiving; he got right down to it. He enjoys joking around and loves to make the patient feel comfortable. I felt like I was seeing a long time friend.
Luckily I came on a Monday, so after treatment I got a massage after and it was the most relaxing experience EVER~!!! I fell asleep not once but THREE times.
I walked out of their clinic a BRAND NEW WOMEN~!!

I used to come here all the time because my insurance had cover this place. Not knowing any better, I was happy. Until one day, I got rush out out there like a cattle. You shouldn’t be rushing acupuncture or health.

Experienced Doctor, friendly staffs
If u want natural treatment with great results than this place is perfect for you!
I was kinda nervous about needles but Dr. Bae tried his best to make me comfortable and it did’nt hurt at ALL. I’m going to my sixth treatment next week and my lower back pain is already almost gone.
I am loving YB Clinic :)
