Business Owner

Liam Roth started Your Contract Lawyer in 2008 after practicing at the prestigious corporate law firms of Davis Wright Tremaine, Los Angeles, and Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, New York City. An inquisitive legal mind, Liam looks to push the boundaries of today’s legal environment; it was his experience working at these firms that led him to search for new, more client-​oriented and efficient ways to deliver legal services. It was with this goal in mind that he founded Your Contract Lawyer.

A graduate of Georgetown University, Liam earned his law degree from Wake Forest University Law School and Loyola Law School. It is at Wake Forest, where he served on Law Review and published an award-​winning legal study. He is a member of the California State Bar Association.

I contacted Liam to create a contract from a version that I already had. It needed work, but I needed it to be turnkey where those that I send it to will not have (m)any changes to it. I sent him a lot of detail and marked up the version that I sent him so that the process could be quite smooth and efficient for us both. He looked over what i sent to him, gave me a quote and turned it around pretty quickly.
I followed up with him a couple months later as I had a major global corporation come back with just one relatively minor edit. Before I agreed to it, I ran it past him. He responded quickly and we agreed to a small fee for the review/​edit. Overall though, we were both quite pleased that they were amenable to the entire contract as is and what they asked for was nothing serious (i.e. not putting me at great risk).
Liam has been responsive each time I’ve contacted him (via email and phone) and I look forward to working with him on any upcoming contract needs in the future.

Left a voicemail a few days ago and nobody called back. I can understand if the services I needed are not what the company provides, but a call back with a response is always appreciated and definitely the correct thing to do. I wouldn’t be in business if I didn’t call people back. So most certainly not someone I can do business with. Sorry.

I have worked with Liam on several projects.
The first time I worked with him I found him on Google. I needed a terms and conditions section created for our website. He was very fast and responsive, the quality of the work that he did was excellent, and his pricing was very fair.
After this initial great experience, I contracted him to write up several other documents for me. He is always very quick to respond, very professional, and always finishes everything on time for a great price.
I highly recommend him if you need work done relating to legal paper work and contracts.
