Great customer service, friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone! Came to get a tire patched. They even filled the rest of my tires to the best psi.

Stopped in on my home to San Jose and these guys treated me so nicely. Jason the tech was extremely helpful & patched my tire without even making my kids and I get out of the car. He worked quickly and efficiently ~ had us back on the road in no time. The staff seemed trustworthy and honest, I would definitely recommend this business to anyone in the area.

Got hooked up at Bruces tire. passing through Los Banos needed tire service met great people and not only that but the bathrooms where nice and clean and the waiting room nice and a tv. Thank you to everybody at Bruces Tires

Called yesterday spoke to Gwido and ask for an appt and he said NO problem I asked him to assure me with appt (take my name) and he said no just come in come in as I’ve taken my cars here for years and when I get there this morning NO appt for me and more of hour wait! Customer service was NOT important today! Sucks that you call for appt and they don’t even make you one… Lost my service

Tire pressure warning light came on and I found my right rear tire was down to 20 psi. Took the car to Bruce’s and they immediately pulled the tire and visually inspected for nails, none found they put the tire in the water to look for leaks, none found. Took the tire off the rim and found a tiny wire. Repaired the leak and sent me on my way no charge. These were to factory tires that they hadn’t sold. Doesn’t get any better than this. This is my «Bruce’s Tire» Story (Gee maybe I should do a TV commercial)

We got a nail in our tire on I-​5 and went out of our way to Bruce’s tire shop. We are so glad we did cause this place is awesome! Guido was VERY friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this shop. Plus they have a cool old truck to look at!

I was rolling through Los Banos on my way from Fresburg to «The City,» when I noticed that I had a low tire. I was in a state of panic because my car doesn’t have a spare. .. really, not made to have one, so a low tire means BIG trouble. I pulled in to Bruce’s at around 6:30 a.m. and they opened promptly at 7:30 a.m. The folks there could have hosed me, but they didn’t. .. they took great care of me, fixed my tire, and sent me on my way. They were not only efficient, but very helpful and friendly. I’m thinking of going to Bruce’s for my next set of tires. They were honest, trustworthy, efficient, and just plain nice folks. Also, their shop was clean; clean restroom, waiting area, etc. If you need help with your tires, I highly recommend Bruce’s in LB.

My academic team was driving from Sacramento to Tucson AZ and we found a nail in the tire. The guys here are great. Fixed it right up. No wait. And NO CHARGE. It’s worth driving the 8 minutes off of the freeway for great service. :)

Love these guys! George is cool and will get you whatever you need at a great price. Probably spent over $ 5 grand in labor and parts here and they always try to give me the lowest price possible. If you show up at 8am it’s usually the fastest way out of there cuz they do get really busy. Keep up the good work guys!

You know you’ve found a good business when they go the extra mile despite not making any money off of you.
Came in here off the freeway needing a tire on my rental car. Long story short it’s a rare size that no one keeps in stock. When they could have just sent me on my way, they instead called around, found a place that could get it in today, and made the arrangements.
For excellent service and employees that care, take your car here.

Awesome guys here at Bruce’s tire. Needed an alignment really bad came in just before closing. I told them how far I was driving and the guys here said it would be unsafe and stayed later just to help me out.

Maybe tomorrow will resolve this, if so, I will change this.
1. For the past 5 years we have gone to Bruces and gotten great service, and bought tires there too. 5 stars.
2. Dec. 2014. Different people at the counter. Two of my tires were separating treads and were at near the end of the warranty. (Hancook Tires). Tread was separating.
Manager showed me the damage and obviously I needed tires about 6 months sooner than i thought I would.
Manager prices me some tires, knocks off $ 200 for «adjustment» under remaining warranty. all for $ 825.91 :==: (WOW, I thot. better not.)
Good idea.
So I went to COSTCO and lined up a set of Bridgestones with a 60,0000 mile warranty, mount/​balance/​and Road Hazard Warranty. FOR $ 625.79 !!! TOTAL incl tax, disposal, ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY, and installation.
. Returning I told the mngr «not now», he said I will negotiate… hmmmm.
He goes to Costco’s site and sure enough, there’s the deal. OK, we will meet their price” he said, «Road hazard warranty too?» –I ask.
«YES» he affirms. OK, do it, I said.
Today I went to get the truck. WOW!
Not only did they charge a different price for the tires ($$$ MORE+++) but NO HAZARD WARRANTY, AND an alignment was done that I never authorized or was told I needed!!!
–it went downhill from there and some behind the counter shucking and jiving,
I had to prove COSTCO’S price and warranty, (which I did) and still the man would not believe what we read on the COSTCO page.
Finally, I told him, «Take your tires off I do not want them».
Tomorrow we will see, I suppose the Manager will try to keep his tires on my vehicle.
Right now, I would rather not, and frankly, I have little expectation for a good outcome. I should have gone to COSTCO and avoided the price juggling, unauthorized work, different charge than was quoted, and no warranty…
If there is a good resolution tomorrow, I will amend and change this review of Bruce’s Tires.

They called this morning and the manager apologized for the prior misunderstandings. (GOOD!)
But I wanted to disengage after having the same tires with 3 different price amounts. I firmly said to take their tires back and put my old ones back on.
The manager politely handed me my keys and we parted in peace, for which I was thankful as I wanted no confrontation. So alls well that ends well.
If you go there, do your research and price comparing first, make sure you are armed with other prices, warranty info, etc., and take care.

This stellar review is overdue. I was on a road trip and hit a snag with my car having a flat tire. The locals told me to come here and I’m glad I did. They took care of my car and even gave me some advice about my tires for the future. I would’ve bought new tires right on the spot if they said it was necessary! Jose and Jason were both great. Really appreciative of the work you guys do. Best customer service you will find for tire store!!! Thank you!

These guys are amazing! I’m not from the area. I was on my way from LA to San Mateo and found out I got a nail in my tire and was panicked because I wasn’t sure I would find a place near me to repair it. They were 10 minutes away from closing. From the moment I called until I left Bruce’s Tire they truly went ABOVE and BEYOND. They were willing to see me even though I was 8 miles away and showed up when they were technically closed. Once I got there they were so friendly and quickly fixed my tire. To cap off an already thankful situation, they didn’t even charge me. I honestly could not have been more thankful. Bless this place! Sincerely from the bottom of my heart — thank you! You guys saved me. If you’re in or near this area go to this business. You’ll see what I mean. They were very helpful.

the problem was solved…

About a few years ago, i scheduled my auto for an alignment. After dropping the car off in the morning. and coming back 2 hours before they closed, they had me waiting, and then they came and told me that they could not do an alignment because they did not have the a special computer that the dealer had. I went to the dealer, had them do my alignment, and so I asked them what was so special about them doing the alignment. They told me nothing, any shop can do it. I was not happy that I was lied. I will never go back. I guess my business is never good enough.

They are HONEST! Subaru dealership said I needed brakes, but Bruce’s said my brakes are fine. The people are very nice and friendly and they are fast. I would highly recommend them.

Jason is awesome here! I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences here when I came in for various car fixes or upgrades. Very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Something that’s very rare these days.

Friendly staff: nice location… I’m a dumb-​dumb with cars, but I learned a lot about tires. Thay have a lot of offers and discounts that they put out there, but I never felt pushed or obligated to take them up on it. I had shopped around at Costco prior to going, but Bruce’s had the better deal. Costco was at $ 498 including labor on all tires. At Bruce’s, I paid about $ 498 which included an oil change, tire alignment (or rotation, can’t remember which, dumb-​dumb you see) and nitro air. Pretty sweet!!!
