Extremely happy with Chris ! This is the second time I’m working with Chris and he made the refi process so smooth. He’s professional and very good at what he does! He guided me through every step of the process and explained the nitty-​gritty of refinancing. A few things didn’t work out with the initial lender we approached. Chris quickly shifted gears and got in touch with another lender which finally worked out. The whole process took less than 4 weeks!

Chris Johnson is, hands down, one of the best people you will ever work with. My wife and I refinanced our home to get out of an ARM. Chris got us a great 30 year fixed rate and held our hands through every step of the process.
He is knowledgeable, friendly, and a relentless advocate for his clients. I have never felt in better hands. There were times when the process or a document wasn’t clear and Chris walked us through it with ease. We used Chris as our broker on our first home purchase in fall 2013. We’re in our late 20’s/early 30’s and the whole home buying process was completely terrifying. My wife and I are self employed, and chris made it so easy when it came to all of the details. He was always there for us, answering questions and guiding us through the loan side of the process.
My bank (Wells Fargo), completely abandoned me. I went in, then had a few phone calls as well, but they stop returning my calls and e-​mails. Aparently after 12 years of banking with them I’m not worth their time (if that’s the case they never told me)! I have NO idea why!
Then Chris enters; Chris gave us great personal attention and time. On a side note, we also used Cheri Johnson (Chris’ wife) as our buyers Agent! «The spouses who sell houses»! Chris and Cheri are both great people and made us feel safe in what was the biggest purchase we’ve ever made. They communicated flawlessly with each other and we didn’t have to do a thing! The whole process was so easy with them both on our team.

My husband and I just brought our own place and Chris Johnson was our loan agent. He was very professional, courteous, on top of the game, and to boot, he was super funny! Our process was very long and it took almost 3 months not because of Chris’s lacking help but because of our sellers and the bank that was required for us to go through as a contingency from the sellers. During this long time, Chris was super helpful! He would provide us updates every 2 – 3 days if not, at least once a week. Even though if there is no news, he would email us just to let us know that we are still be taken care of. My husband and I were super grateful that he was our loan agent. I mean how many loan agents will answer their phone when they are on vacation just to answer a question? Some might say it is because they get pay for it but personally i do not think anyone would pick up during vacation. At the end, I think Chris did a superb job on helping us though this! Thanks Chris!

We have had the privilege of working with Chris twice in the last few years. The first time was almost two years ago when he helped my wife and I buy our first home. The second time was most recently when he helped us re-​fiancé our home at new better rate. Before we were referred to Chris we had tried the big banks (Wells Fargo, Bank Of America), and both banks gave us a hard time trying to finance the home my wife and I wanted to buy even though we have a great credit scores. Chris was very helpful, friendly and over all knowledgeable of the ins and out of financing home and property and beyond. Chris presented us all the options we had and we picked the one that worked best for. He kept us updated on the status daily and got our loan funded quickly. We recently re-​financed our house with Chris Johnson and it was an absolute pleasure. It’s not easy pulling all that information together and tracking things down.
