Wow. What an experience. This photography studio was past excellent, they were extraordinary. I read the 1 star Unilocal reviews before I went in and they weren’t even close to what the company actually is like. They were actually completely opposite. I got my photos when they promised, the prices are cheaper than any other studio around and I really felt the professionalism. Would recommend for anyone looking to take photos :)

I just picked up my daughters pictures, and WOW they are stunning! The young lady helped me through the entire ordering process, and my pick up was easy and fast. They even had my order ready in 3 weeks, which is much faster than what I was quoted. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will be back myself. No complaints here, Thank You Now and Forever!

Go elsewhere. Well, you haven’t a choice because SJUSD uses them for yearbook photos. If I’d known, I would have used a more comprehensive, organized establishment. Serious customer service issues. Scheduled appointment was cancelled on their books, they attempted to arrange a severely curtailed shoot, then promised photos before Xmas, which after 2 phone calls have still not arrived. Never again.

Totally dissatisfied with the customer service, ordered my prints back in November and still have not received them even after a phone call 2 weeks ago saying they would be ready.

I just got my sons senior pictures. I was worried because he has such bad acne. They cleaned up the pictures perfect like he never had any acne and made his cheeks rosy! I love these pictures and want to buy bigger ones now. You guys are miracle workers for real. Thank you so much!!!

We had a great experience with my daughter’s senior portrait. Every time I called, the person on the other end of the line was professional and helpful.
The date of our sitting was the same day I was a volunteer for a MythBusters episode, and my daughter needed to drive herself to the hair and then makeup. She doesn’t drive nearly as fast as I do, so I called to see what flexibility there was if she were fifteen minutes late. They were so awesome and willing to take her even 30 minutes late. (She wasn’t late)
We paid for two outfits and let her do her own thing for the second outfit, and the photographer brought out the best in my daughter. The pictures for those and the formal yearbook session were all excellent. I’m still not sure how they got her to smile. Anyway, it was difficult choosing a few for a package. It’s not cheap but the quality was excellent and we were really pleased with the proofs and the final portraits.

This is where My Senior took her portraits. The staff was very nice. LOVED out Photographer. she was very nice and patient with us.

5 stars all across the board! Very professional and relaxing: made me feel very happy and beyond confident. I’d definitely go back for professional pictures again. Also very helpful. Thank you for making my senior year, classy and the best experience ever. I look forward to seeing my senior pictures. :) :)

My daughter’s Senior Portraits turned out beautifully! They take their time and make sure you are happy with the results. Very professional and the proofs came back quickly. Great customer service! I highly recommend Now & Forever Studios.

Wow, one word to sum up this company: horrendous! Unresponsive unless prodded multiple times, out of focus pictures (focus on the shirt and not the face, really??), poor lighting such as to create shadows on faces, cutting off hands in pictures (huh? I thought this company was «professional»), and printing «portraits» in landscape. I’d give them zero stars if I could. I’m really, really hoping my school district doesn’t use them again. And it wasn’t just one of my children’s pictures that was bad; both kids’ pictures were bad and this was from two different schools.

I brought my high school senior here for her portraits and I’m writing before we receive the proofs, but I already know they’ll be excellent.
Fantastic customer service, very thoughtful in explaining how their process worked. I purchased an addition ‘Barnyard’ session and we went to the Vasona park right down the road. BJ and Rich and the gentleman at the desk were professional and courteous and it was a lovely experience.
For the owner: please have someone re-​do your website — it needs serious updating and is not currently very user friendly.

They were okay. Very nice people. But we were going for family photos and wanted more then basic photos. They only took 4 different pose with the same boring white background (Two in each outfit we had) I had wanted to do some different kinds as in father and kids and me and kids and kids together. but was never giving the chance to say what kind of things I wanted to do or photos I wanted. We have two small kids (2 ½ and 8month) and they both needed a snack and baby some milk. I felt super rushed and the lady kept asking if we’re «ready yet» at Least 4 times. But once doing photos she was great with the kids and getting them to look and smile. Also they are very over priced I feel. We shall see how the photo turn out once we get them in a week.

Now and Forever Studios did a fabulous job with the photo contest for the high school students. The awards show was first class all the way with all the entries on display, food and drinks and the award ceremony. My daughter can’t wait for the next contest! Thank you to the studio for energizing the students and acknowledging their talent and hard work!

My daughter got her senior portraits taken here. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and very accommodating.
Not only did she have a session in the studio, but we went over to Vasona Park and had some outdoor shots taken there. The photographer was very nice, down to earth and communicated her visions to my daughter in such a way that the poses in the portraits came out beautiful.
My only complaint, is that they charge you extra for the boa prop. The school required all of the kids to have their portrait taken in the traditional black drape for the yearbook, which is fine, but my daughter wanted the boa and that was an additional $ 15 charge. I thought that was a little silly.
Our overall experience was wonderful. The owner was very personable and the staff very nice.
Would definitely recommend this portrait studio.
