Saira Aziz Khan is a Marriage and Family Therapist Registered Intern, IMF 61 826 supervised and employed by Doreen Maxwell, LMFT. Lic #. MFC 41 105. Saira got her M. A in counseling Psychology from Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. Her approach integrates body, mind, and spirit. She offers safe, nonjudgmental, nurturing, and loving space to uncover the sources of issues and for healing to happen. She works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She is trained as an energy healer practitioner and is getting trained as Somatic Experiencing practitioner. She also incorporates other modalities like: mindfulness, dream work, sandplay, creative expression, and expressive arts. She helps families and couples to communicate with each other in a non violent way, understand, and listen to each other at a deeper level in order to get one’s needs met in a loving and empathetic way. She helps to find resources within you to deal with difficult life situations in a loving and kinder ways.
