Los Gatos, CA
I like the location and how big their one bedrooms are. Complex manager Rudy is the sweetest man ever. He won’t hesitate with anything he can help with. They are very responsive regarding any issue you might have.
Something I don’t like is how thin walls, and ceilings are. You can hear everything. The complex is old therefore there are no sound proofing. You can even hear your neighbor TV or phone. I think the owner needs to invest in some renovation.
