I was in the store today around 10:30am. The gentleman who assisted me was fantastic and I wish I had his name, but I am truly hoping that you can figure out who it was a recognize them. I had the best service and the most memorable experience that I have ever had in a grocery store. My 15 year old son was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease. The store associate, printed gluten free products that Trader Joe’s sells, spoke to me about how to find items on the list, and told me some of the customer favorites. I started on my journey finding items in the store, then he found me with a new gluten free ginger cookie that he said customers are loving. The level of customer service was unreal. I can’t imagine why I would even bother going anywhere else. Trader Joe’s has created a more regular customer from that experience because THEYACTUALLYCAREABOUTTHEIRCUSTOMERS.

This trader joes is one of the cleanest I’ve been to in a while. Everything was fully stocked, fresh, and organized. There was absolutely no waiting in line and the employee who helped me was nice and super quick.

I covet my time shopping at Trader Joe’s in Los Gatos. I never know what new deals or new products I’ll come across, and they always have the most scrumptious samples, including coffee. The staff are super friendly. A friend of mine used to work there and said the management are good to work for. They’re the only grocery store around with organic Persian cucumbers, so that draws me in there at least once a week. You can’t beat the 19-cent bananas or 2-buck chuck($ 2 Charles Shaw wine) either!

Unfortunately this place is one star for me compare with other Trader Joes. Stuff is NOT friendly at all and also customers in this shop is also bad. Is it because of Los Gatos? May be a lot of «new rich» people and donno how to live friendly with neighbor. All other Trader Joes around here is good but only this place is weird.

This location has ample parking and super friendly employees. Product wise, I’m a big fan of their edamame hummus, sweet Italian chicken sausage, fresh chicken tenders, sourdough english muffins, lavash bread, frozen naan, frozen breaded chicken, persian cucumbers, marinated artichokes, canned chicken for chicken salad sandwiches, certain wines, lemon curd, jalapeño artichoke dip… and they have great prices on eggs, milk and cheese. I still can’t really buy everything I need at TJs but it’s on my rotation for some things.

I love Trader Joe’s and this Los Gatos location is my favorite! It may be smaller than usual but you can always find parking, the store is fully stocked and the staff are always friendly! And they have the best samples to try! They are very creative and cook up all kinds of different yummies for us to try! I have received several new simple ideas from the creative cooks at the TJ Los Gatos!

Very pleasant store to shop in since its small and easy to navigate but what really makes it stand out is the customer service, especially from Ben and John behind the counter. They are always helpful and pleasant, and will go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy. Special shout out to Ben for letting me pay later since I was short of funds unexpectedly!!!

Even though this place can get crazy busy, customer service is always wonderful here! Items are mostly fresh. I don’t buy much produce here, so can’t comment on that, but most items seem newly stocked. Great go-to store in the neighborhood.

I just love shopping at trader joes. They always have fun, delicious products at prices that you can buy what ever I want. I buy my quinoa and chia seeds because they are a lot cheaper here. I also love the freeze dried strawberries here and can sometimes eat a whole bag. The prices here are great and they always have the funnest, different products(chocolate dipped potato chips anyone) the frozen fruit is great here too a lot cheaper that whole foods or new leaf. Trader joes rocks!

This is my favorite TJ store. They people are so nice there. They have a good selection of fruits and veggies. The prices are much more reasonable than Whole Foods. I usually try to buy one item that i’ve never tried before, and so far so good. My favorites are the reduced guilt mac and cheese, Chocolate and mint ice cream, reduced guilt guac. Their eggs are also reasonably priced too.

One of those rare places where I actually enjoy doing groceries. I’ve been here a couple of times during weekends and always found a parking spot nearby, without having to drag a cart from the far end of the parking lot. I love their selection of fruits, veggies, cheeses, salads and others. This store also carries my favorite haloumi cheese. Staff is extremely amicable. When I was specifically searching for a couple of things and asked for help, they escorted all the way to the aisle where I could find the things. Always love walking into Trader Joe’s, getting what I need and browsing through all the things they carry.

This location is on Los Gatos Boulevard, which is one of the main streets in this town, but it usually a lot less busy than the Almaden-Blossom Hill location. The food samples are good here, too: today there was pastrami on some toasted bread with provolone cheese, some sweet red pepper and potato chips. They offer soy creamer with the coffee samples here, too — the Almaden location just has dairy creamer which is a no-no for some people. One thing about Trader Joe’s at all locations I’m not really impressed about is selling items like bell peppers for about a dollar each instead of by the pound. Sorry, T.J.‘s, but the Indian and Middle Eastern stores have me spoiled. Ther are really nice ice creams and gelatos which are much cheaper than the regular price of Whole Foods or even Sprouts. I love the Soy Creamy chocolate, and they have Double Rainbow here. The large chocolate bars and tubs of cookies are a real bargain as well. The cheese is very good here. My favorites are the Irish cheddar, Fontina, pepper jack, and the Gouda. The bacon cheddar is very good in sandwiches. I like their prepackaged wraps, and one advantage over Whole Foods is they don’t have that stupid middle section which makes wraps seem a couple inches longer than they really are. No Russian bread yet, but new things appear all the time!

Agreed with the previous review, that the Los Gatos Trader Joe’s is much nicer. Finding parking is easier and the staff just seem happier and warmer. I often see them laughing with each other, really enjoying their jobs. The checkout lines are also shorter. The longest line I’ve seen is around 10 people. Otherwise, this location is similar to most Trader Joe’s. Great selection of fresh prepared foods, veggies, and meats. I love their vast wine selection and deals. The Trader Joe wines are also not bad.

Avoid any and all fresh food you don’t plan on either consuming or freezing the night you get it! I have had numerous types of food get moldy or rancid well before the expiration date and I live less than a mile away/put my food in the refrigerator fairly quickly. I have had this happen with chicken, all sorts of veggies, lunch meat, cheese, cream, bread, and even hummus(literally the day after I purchased it). They still have good frozen options, specialty foods, Trader Joe’s exclusive’s, and a decent wine/beer section(being able to buy single beers is a big plus), not to mention very friendly staff.

Super sweet staff that were very helpful while I was shopping. The lady at the checkout wasn’t very friendly, green shirt with shoulder length hair. Don’t know her name but I won’t be in line with her again.

Employees MUCH more nicer professional than Campbell location. NOBEGGARS at the door asking for money. It’s safe in the parking lot. No meth heads. Employees at Campbell location slow like zombies or you hear them complain talk about drinking etc. So… this store is cleaner and run BETTER!

Man, I love this place… and Trader Joe’s as a company. I generally come here first, then go to Whole Foods to get what TJ’s doesn’t have. TJ’s now has Grassfed Ground Beef for $ 5.99/pound vs. $ 8.49/pound at WF. It says it comes from New Zealand or Australia or something, so I don’t know how«grassfed» it really is, but man, that’s a good deal. I also find MANY of the products I buy regularly at other grocery stores for a MUCH better price here. The prices on some things are even better than Costco. They have new products all of the time and they get rid of the ones that don’t sell well. I highly recommend the kettle corn… but be careful because the entire bag does not equal one serving… which is sad because that’s usually how much I eat. :-/
