These guys are awesome! Apple screwed up my upgrade and these guys fixed it and got me a great deal on an upgrade to an iphone6. This is my new go to place for all things phone. Service, repairs, etc. Mark gave excellent customer service and Jake was able to recover all the data from old phone even though the phone was broken.

My Droid Maxx decided to just stop working today. I walked in to the welcoming faces of Michael and Tim. What a team, Michael the business and finance wiz and Tim the technical genius.
Michael actually tried to see if he could fix it. Michael, who had already just a few months before, saved me from buying a new phone unnecessarily by finding a faulty connection on the charging cord, is not about just selling you a new phone. Once it has been established that it was time to replace the phone, he went right to work on figuring out the plan I currently have and match it with a comparable if not better, for the same price or less. Tim, the technical genius went to transfer everything from my old phone to the new one. There was a bug on my old phone that complicated the transfer and was near impossible to remove but Tim did it. When I found that Amazon offered the cell phone cover for $ 14 they both offered to match the price.
Once again, I walked out a satisfied and grateful owner of a beautiful Droid Turbo!
COME HERE FOR ALL YOUR WIRELESS NEEDS AND WANTS! THEY DON’T DISAPPOINT.

I had to take the time to write another review for this place. I just upgraded to the 6S+ and everything was quick and easy. Tim and the team there know how to get things done and do it in a way looking out for your best interests. They take the time to do it right and to ensure all is well on your end.

This is the best Verizon store that I have ever been to. The customer service is excellent. No hassle, no wait. Jake has helped me and my husband twice. He is patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. It is clear that customer service is a priority at this location. We will definitely be back when we need another phone.

Walked in this morning and was welcomed by Jake. Had an iPhone 5 that needed a battery replaced. Left it with them for about an hour and then walked back in and between Jake and Tim had the best Verizon experience I’ve ever had. Phone was ready as promised. All future phone issues and purchases will now be done through them. Forget waiting for hours in a core Verizon store. I’ll have better service, friendlier service and competency by going thru this store. Yay! I have the rest of my Saturday to get things done because of them. Well done guys! See ha next time.

Michael helped me find a reasonable replacement after my IPhone was stolen. The service and his knowledge base were fabulous. Very little wait time compared to other verizon stores and I did not leave feeling like I was dealing with a used car salesman, as I have in the past. Great customer service.

What a breath of fresh air. Knowledgable professional staff who are trained well. Very few issues had to be in for assistance. Tim and Mike are key employees for this branch office. They have bent over backwards on several issues for us retirement age types. No condensending attitude if we ask him an academic question. They are very customer centric. The whole team works together to get the assistance you need. Every time we’ve gone there, we leave totally satisfied. Expodentially better than the other LG store.

Well, beware. If you buy phone and later change carriers, they take it upon themselves to extract money from your bank without you knowing. The manager claimed that although we settled with Verizon, Verizon did not settle with them so the helped themselves. When I called the manager was argumentative and very rude to me. He later did call me back to apologize claiming it was because he didn’t eat breakfast. Humm. I prefer more professionalism and more honesty.

I have become more and more frustrated in dealing with both the Verizon store in Westgate, then the one on Stevens Creek. The people working in the stores have been rude and don’t seem to care about their loyal customers AT ALL. You have to wait in a freaking line to get signed up to get help… to spend your $ 400! Any way, found the LG store on Unilocal and they are great. No lines, no wait, and they really want to make the customer happy. Tim gave me some great deals on my plan and upgraded my phone. I wasn’t sure if my bill would change and «really» go up, even though he said it would be the same. Well, to my surprise, it DIDN’T go up. At all. Five phones on my plan, and I received an upgrade, and my monthly bill didn’t change at all. I would highly recommend coming here for you i-​phone upgrades, or in getting your initial phone… You will be SO much happier!

Dropped my phone in the pool, and it short circuited. Assistant manager, Michael Lacey, offered to take my phone apart and see if he could dry it out and fix it. In the mean time, he lent me a black iPhone 5 to use until he figured out what he could do with my other phone. Customer service was great. Assistant, Jezza Mei, was very friendly and talked to me while I waited by explaining the advantages of other options of phones. Over all best Verizon store I’ve visited. Thank you!
