Aj’s had great food! We went yesterday about 12:45 … they close at 1:30 (Monday). We had 2 enchilada plates one red and one green. Both chile’s were great. The enchiladas come in a stack of 3 (both had ground beef). Another guest had Huevos Rancheros with red chile. The last of us had a 2 egg plate with bacon papas and beans. The beans are very good. Rice was good and potatoes were crisp and tasty.
service was great. Prices were reasonable. for all 4 of us the ticket was about $ 41.
If you’ve never been here give them a try.
