3 stars because the thin crust pizza should come with a warning noting that it’s actually ultra thin crust. In other words it’s so thin they shouldn’t charge the same for thin and regular/deep dish. They should at least get the word out, «hey yall don’t buy our thin crust», or «yeah if you’re hungry don’t order the thin crust» over the phone or by word of mouth. Aside from the pizza being super super tiny and feeling hungry after splitting it with my petite girlfriend, it was okay.

I’m actually surprised to see such bad reviews for this location because I’ve had nothing but positive experiences every time I visit. Every time I call to order I’m in a huge hurry and I love that they have caller ID to pull up my customer profile. Since I get the same thing every time, they just know it’s going to be a medium l, gluten free with sausage. It takes maybe 15 minutes for them to get my order together. I give this place 5 stars because they have one of the best gluten free crusts in this town. It actually tastes like real crust! And I trust that there isn’t cross contamination. Twice now, one of the employees has kindly brought my pizza to me and ensured me that it was cooked separately from the other pizzas and is truly gluten free. I didn’t ever even question it, but it seems as though they really take pride in their pizza crafting.

Almost got killed twice by their drivers… once on my bike; another time in my car. Give these people some driving lessons. A STOP sign indicates that you need to stop and look for other cars, pedestrians, bicyclists, dogs, tumbleweeds, etc. Good pizza, terrible drivers, and horrible delivery service in general.

I am a pizza fanatic and this is one of my favorite places on earth. I know that’s quite the statement but it’s true. The staff is super nice the place is clean the food couldn’t be better

Finally!!! Stuffed crust somewhere other than Pizza Hut! We decided to order a half pineapple and green chile and half green and black olives. A 14″ stuffed crust for carry out. We opened it as soon as we got home and it was surprisingly small… My curiosity got the best of me so I measured it. 9 inches! A total rip off when you pay extra 2 dollars for the stuffed crust on a 14″ pizza! I paid double for what we got! Also… There were 7 slices. And it wasn’t half and half. There were rogue olives everywhere and green chile as well. Which throws off the pineapple and chile. I wrote to pizza 9 about this never hearing anything back. Will not be returning. My money is best spend elsewhere

Forget this location! In fact, forget about Pizza 9 altogether! I’m from Chicago, and this isn’t even anywhere near what a Chicago style pizza is. I even googled Chicago pizza, and took the picture for them to see. BTW, this location was a Chinese restaurant! The same owners of the Chinese restaurant are making pizza! They don’t even have pizza in China! That being said, I’m sure you get where I’m going with this. The Chinese restaurant was pretty good, but the pizza sucks!

We ordered pizza to be delivered last night. The pizza was good, but not exceptional. It was pricey and the large looked closer to a medium size at other pizzerias. They did deliver quickly and it was hot. My husband ordered the toppings and it seemed like we paid about double what pizzas cost elsewhere. I wonder whether they failed to tell my husband about any combos as a way to save money. It would have been good customer service had they done so, but by not doing that they lost a customer.

Not the best. Service: We walked in to pick up our order and notice a couple canoodling in the empty dining area. We thought nothing of it and went to the counter to pay. There was no one there, so we waited and looked around a bit, no big deal. The woman in the dining area gets up and walks to the counter where we learn she’s the manager. She immediately scolds an employee coming out to help us. The gentleman she was doin’ the tongue tango with is also an employee and goes in the back of the restaurant. The manager takes our money and pretends to be more professional than her employee throughout the transaction. Food: Pizza 9 advertises Chicago style pizza: nope. Could have gotten the exact same thing at Pizza Hut. The crust was very greasy and the toppings few and far between. Conclusion: Will not be back.

I normally LOVE Pizza 9(I have been to 4 other Pizza 9 locations). Last night was the WORST experience at this location. I ordered my pizza from the App, and there was not options to add anything to the pizza. After I placed my «what I thought» would be a fine order, I went to the building. As I approached the front door, it smelled of hideous cigarette smoke that lingered into the dimly lit building, and I am positive it was not the 2 other patrons in the store. I was greeted by a rude employee who informed me that my order was incorrect when I placed it in thru the app. After a few minutes I took my overly priced pizza home and as I was eating my first few bites it smelled like a old sour rag. =/Not at all way a pizza should look or taste like. I can not believe the experience I had at this particular restaurant.

The WORST service and food, and that is with acknowledgment of Pizza Hut, Dominos, and Papa Johns. They delivered a small pizza in a medium box, then refused to answer the phone 30 minutes before closing time(they use a caller i.d. customer database system so they know your location/order history). When I spoke with the manager the next day, he was apologetic and offered a free large as a gesture. Two weeks later, I ordered my pizza, a salad and some sides. The pizza was extremely undercooked and instead of the sides being sides, they put them IN the salad. This is all on top of the fact that their product is essentially identical to Pizza Hut ON A GOODDAY, but far more expensive. Save your money, frustration and time and order good pizza from NYPD. If Unilocal allowed me to give them 0 stars I would.

I just wanted to update my previous post to report that I had a heapin’ helpin’ of the gluten-free crust last night, and it was A-OK. It was virtually identical to the wheaty stuff, actually. So bravo, Pizza 9, you’ve managed to compose a delivery-style gluten-not pie that bears absolutely no resemblance to Chicago deep dish whatsoever. I’m guessing the gluten-free crowd is loving it, and you should take a bow. Not an easy feat. Oh, and their green chile is the real thing, no Bueno Foods here.

Pizza 9 is pretty good. I almost want to give them an extra star for being one of the only pizza places in town that will deliver to my house and they have gluten free pizza! The gluten free crust is delicious and has a wonderful texture. Otherwise it’s pretty run-of-the-mill pizza. I’ll keep on ordering and have mad appreciation for a gluten free option especially one that delivers!!!

We are huge fans of Pizza 9, and we were really excited that one was opening fairly close to our home. When we ate here, we dined in and ordered a pizza and a salad. Our pizza and salad was delicious, fresh, and fabulous! We also got free samples of pizza. They also a good cherry slushie which I recommend because they only serve Pepsi products…(Too bad there wasn’t Coca Cola!) Although other than that the food was good, and I will certainly be dining there again.
