I’d be a little careful about the 5 star reviews of this company. There’s one other review that indicated the work was subcontracted w/​mixed if not downright negative results. Having used Scapes for a retaining wall of RR ties and some other work, the results were positive.
But, having been the victim of the subcontracting practice for both lawn sodding and gutter replacement, I would make sure the contract states Scapes will do the work and NOT some subcontractor.

Scapes designed and built our paver patio, and did a wonderful job! The design is perfect and the work is phenomenal. Jeff Crandell is extremely easy to work with. We HIGHLY recommend! Since our patio, they have installed a rock landscape wall and done some other landscaping work, both of which were great.
