History

Established in 2010.

Paul and Kimberly Ferguson have over 30 years of hospitality experience giving them the expertise to know how to take care of your guests renting your vacation rental along with properly maintaining your home. Paul and Kimberly both understand the level of commitment it takes to care for someone else’s pride and joy as they are also owners of their own investment homes out of state and has a property management company there take care of their investment homes.

Growing GreenWay Property Management as a green company offering Eco-​friendly choices is very important to Paul and Kimberly. They both take due diligence in maintaining a green home of their own and are committed to carrying that through to their property management company.
