I highly recommend that you do not store your property with this company. They advertise climate control but yet after 10 months of faithfully paying rent, I found a leak in their roof and molded a leather sectional and a sleeper sofa (unrepairable @ $ 3,000. loss) They claim no fault and said use your renters insurance, I said you have a responsibility to provide a storage space that is dry, climate controlled and no leaks in the roof. Again, like talking to a brick wall… no follow up call from the regional manager nor the owner after several attempts. Please consider a storage company that appreciates their customers and does the right thing.
