Beef ‘O’ Brady’s

Terrible food for high prices. I ordered to go and there was hardly any meat on my sandwich. Not good for the price

I’ve had better. I’ve had FAR worse. It’s a reasonably priced place for a meal and a brew.

I used to work next door to a Beef’s and I loved it but Beef’s is not consistent from location to location. The service at the 2^nd Street restaurant is really unenthusiastic — I don’t think our waitress smiled once — but whatever, I don’t come here for the service! The Cheeseburger Wrap is my go to but unfortunately, this location doesn’t serve curly fries which was one of my favorite things about Beef’s.
The beer specials are outstanding, though. 2 for 1 all day!

2 for 1 beer all day every day??? SIGN ME UP! This is a sports bar and in terms of TVs and beer it is great. We had nachos which were fine, but we cannot speak much of the food. The beer was exactly what a draft beer should be– ice cold and cheap. We are not local to Louisville, but if we were I think we would be watching a lot of football at Beef ‘O’ Brady’s.

This place is a joke!!! Went to the «beer garden» and they don’t allow paying customers to use their restrooms. We complained to the manager who did not give a Damn if we ever came back. Here’s the thing, morons, if you don’t allow customers to use your restrooms, go ahead and close the doors. I’m sure you won’t be open much longer any way.

So i have been going to Beef O Bradys since the first day it ooened in LaGrange KY. Decided to try the one kn Louisville campus. Beer was very cold and staff was excellent. Manager came by and checked on all the tables. Very impressive place really. One issue was the wings were extremely small but with a simple mention of this they brought a few more out. I d definitely recommend this place if you are a cards fan!!!

If you plan to eat at Beef O’ Brady’s bring two things, comfy shoes so you can walk back and forth and serve yourself and a bottle of ipecac. Understand the staff is very busy, they have texts to answer, they have group chats amongst themselves they enjoy but the paying customer is NOT a priority. As for the food, I figured how bad can you mess up a burger? Beef proves you CAN mess up a burger, and mess it up pretty well. Do yourself a favor and grab something at a quickie mart and hope for the best.

Standard bar fare. They had decent specials on food both times I was there.
They do a 2 for 1 on beer all the time so the prices are good. I collect pint glasses and they had a unique one related to Churchill Downs that the waitress told me was $ 5, but she let me have one for free because I asked.
I was able to watch out of town sports here which is really nice.

The food was ok, nothing outstanding, but what prompted me to write a review was the extremely poor service. I would be somewhat understanding if the restaurant was filled to capacity, it was maybe half full. I think the owner or manager would explain to their young wait staff that the more attentive and friendly you are, the better your chances of getting a 20% or better tip. Will not be going back, plenty of other restaurant’s in the area.

The food are good (could be great but my burger was cooked well instead of the medium I requested) and the drinks are also good. Definitely a place that I would recommend.

I am generally a Beef’s fan. Have one near my hometown in PTC GA. Usually love the wings. I can say now that all Beef’s wings are not created alike. These were half the size of what I’m used to. Service wasn’t bad and BOGO beer, but the wings are what I come here for.

I’m a sports bar kinda guy. So I decided try Beef O’Brady’s for lunch… I am also a beer with lunch kinda guy and when I saw the huge selection and the 2-​for-​1 prices they had me. Had the buffalo chicken wrap and the two Sierra Nevadas and my total bill was $ 13. Its like buying two Sierra Nevadas and getting your lunch for free. Loved the chicken wrap although the buffalo sauce was a little bland… used the blue cheese for dipping… Great service… great prices. decent food. can’t ask for much more!

Had lunch here today. Great service by our waitress. I enjoyed their reuben sandwich and my friend had chicken tenders. The chicken tenders were HUGE! She had to take two home.

Dropped into BOB for lunch on a recent afternoon. My GF mentioned that they were know for their wings, and since I am a wing lover, we decided to split two serving of wings… their garlic parmesan and Barbaque Bayou or Cajun Barbaque, or whatever they call it. The sauces themselves were good, but not particularly distinctive. However, I was disappointed in the size of the wings… very small (and smaller than I could have bought at the Kroger next door) and without a lot of meat. My feeling is that if I am going to a restaurant known for their wings, the wings should be large, juicy, and flavorful. Service was attentive and very pleasant. Overall… somewhat of a disappointment… at least it was just lunch.

I was very impressed by the level of service I received and must say I look forward to going again especially on Monday’s when it’s build your own burger night and buy one drink (alcohol) get one free. the food I tasted was pretty good being it was my first time I was kind of on the fence about going but I’m glad I did after very little convincing. I would definitely recommend this spot.

I have a problem with restaurants that use cheap ingredients in 15million ways and try to make it look like they have a lot of variety. But… the redeeming factor for Beef O Brady’s is the price and the fact that I just happen to love hotwings and sauce.
A friend and i went to a March Madness game here to watch UofL play. It was packed with all Cards fans and we periodically did the CARDS cheer. We were able to be seated and ordered right after halftime and watched the rest of the game. A few patrons came in towards the end of our meal. Our waitress was having quite the time getting around to everyone and seemed annoyed when we reminded her of our requests.
With this location there is a small side room (with TV), that can be reserved for parties.
For those that are watching calories — all nutrition information is available online which can help you make your choices. I also love speciality sodas and was able to get a zero cal — cherry-​limeade sprite thingy. Loved it.
Lunch specials include fries and drink for less than $ 10. Don’t go here if you’re looking for some top notch quality, but do go here if you are looking to be fed and don’t want to spend money and still eat food you will probably like! :)

Dined here with friends this past Friday. We were looking for someplace that would be relatively inexpensive but still filling. I am normally not a big fan of chicken wings but I really like the ones they do here. They are fried but not breaded so they are less heavy than other wings you typically get. The skin is nice and crisp and the sauces have a great vinegary flavor in addition to the heat factor. One of my biggest complaints about other wings I’ve tried is that the sauces lack any flavor, they are just hot. I don’t mind hot, in fact I prefer it but there needs to be more dimension than that in a good wing sauce and that’s exactly what you get at Beef O’Bradys. I also ordered a burger which was good as well. Overall everyone at the table enjoyed their food and said they would come back. So why only three stars you ask? Well the service we received was less that stellar. Our server seemed rather distracted or something. We had to look for her every time we needed things, even to place our orders. I also stated multiple times when ordering that I wanted my burger fully dressed and when she brought it out it was completely plain and when I told her I had wanted it dressed she said oh, I didn’t know you wanted it fully dressed. It was as if she wasn’t listening when we ordered. I was actually very surprised that the rest of the orders were correct because as I said she seemed awfully distracted. She was very friendly just inefficient. A meal that should have taken maybe an hour took nearly two just because it took us so long to find her when we needed her. overall I will be back and hopefully the next time the service will be a bit better!
