Berger Transfer & Storage

We just used Berger (Allied) moving for a move from Louisville to Greensboro NC. It was the worst experience you could ever imagine. Bob Arnold (salesmen) for them turned out to be very rude when we ran into problems on moving day. Never returned calls and then when we got ahold of him he hung up on us. Even the general manager was not very helpful and did not respond back to us as quickly as expected. Just getting ahold of someone was very difficult. The day of moving they showed up with a semi that did not have enough room. Again a mistake by Bob in underestimating our load. They had to take a full box truck away to the warehouse for a later shipment. Out belongings are now arriving days apart (maybe). We still don’t have any answers on when shipment 2 will arrive. No one wants to commit to anything. Could be a week or more!
Please, Please stay away from them and go with a different company. Even Allied home office customer service has not returned my phone calls. EXTREMLY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY? If I had another hour I could go on and on.
