Cartridge World

Anyone reading this: Note that store employee Andrew O. sent me a private hostile, name-​calling message, as well as calling me a liar in this forum. Before you do business with this Cartridge World location, decide if you want to risk being treated this way.
I am a successful local entrepreneur who gave business to this Cartridge World location for 5 years. I have no reason at all to cheat this business nor lie about faulty products, as I have had good results in the past. I never asked for, nor received free cartridges, and I received my refund for the defective cartridges. As a consumer, I felt it was important that they know that the cartridge leaked on my carpet so that perhaps another customer avoids this problem. The issue here was the deplorable way I was treated in the store, and now, even worse, online. I know the former owner of this store, and he would have never stood for this type of behavior.
What’s true is, this is not about me… this is about a disgruntled, sad employee and I hope that Cartridge World gives him the support he needs.

I buy all of my ink from Cartridge World. It costs less than the big box stores whether I purchase original HP cartridges or refills. They have great customer service and I love supporting small local businesses!

I recently had my color laser cartridges filled over at this shop. I had been buying new, but thought I would give this a try. Recycling these is great for the environment, and the price is way cheaper than new. The cartridges are working well, the price was a value, and the service was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. This locally owned family business is a great addition to the area.
