I took my laundry here for 4 months. They ruined the buttons (cracked and burned from the heat press) on several shirts and I had to keep coming back to have them fixed. They did nothing but blame me for the problem, saying it was the type of buttons — even though it happened on three shirts and even on one shirt after they replaced the buttons with their own buttons. I went to the same dry cleaner in my old neighborhood for nearly 6 years and never had this problem. I didn’t appreciate how rude they were about it. They never once apologized for the inconvenience, only blamed me. Also, they have a slow turn-​around time and charge you extra if you need something quicker.

I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re in a hurry. Their 4 day normal turn around seems to be unusually long and they were «put out» when I asked to have my shirts available sooner. I don’t know, I’ve just moved back to the area from Houston where same day service is the norm.
I guess things just move slower at this location. I’ll try someplace else…

I’m very happy that I found this price. The owner is super friendly. Nothing is more important than quick service, reasonable price and good quality. He did a great job on the alterations of my pants. I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else for dry cleaning and alterations!

I was a new customer and came in with a 30% coupon on dry cleaning. I specifically asked for my items to be DRY CLEANED. When I went to pick up the 30% discount did not seem correct (~$ 2 off a $ 20 order). When I asked the person working explained that most of my items were «laundered».
The work itself seems fine — so still giving 3 stars for that, but I’m am so tired of dry cleaning places that do not have their prices clearly stated somewhere and that if you ask for dry cleaning you get it. And if there is a reason why it can’t be dry cleaned they explain.
I had hoped to like this place since it is nearby but just felt like the person taking the clothes noticed I had a coupon and decided (on her own) to launder them so I would not get the discount.

Everything you would want in a dry cleaners: Great service. Fast. More affordable than other places. Alterations. Reusable garment bags so you don’t have to waste plastic bags again and again.
But the reason I go there is because Sue is about the nicest, friendliest, and happy person I have ever met. She always greets me warmly BY NAME! and knows exactly how I like my shirts. She makes going to the cleaners a pleasurable experience. I won’t go anywhere else.

These guys are amazing. I came in with an emergency and they totally saved the day. I needed my suit cleaned for a wedding and I was leaving the next day to travel to it. I totally forgot that I hadn’t cleaned my suit from last time I used it (hardly ever use it) and this place not only did a rush order and had it ready in less than 12 hours, it came back looking as good and as clean as the day I bought it. I’ve never had something cleaned that looked so nice. Highly recommend!

Dropped off my suit was told when it would be ready and picked it up when I was told it would be ready. Quick, easy, painless. This is how business should be done, this is how experiences should go.
Met expectations, delivered a quality service as they said they would. Couldn’t be happier.
Now if I could find some contractors that live up to the same expectations.

I have used Champion Cleaners since they opened. They are very friendly, competent and always have done a great job. I have also used them for alterations which again they have done a superior job! Their prices are very reasonable and if I need a job rushed they always do it and have never charged more. I would recommend this company to anyone needing laundry, dry cleaning or alterations!

This dry cleaners is great! It’s a little bit away from my house but I’m willing to make the drive as they have ALWAYS treated me right. I experienced a little more starch than I expected so I asked them to reduce that and my shirts come out perfect every time! I would recommend this to anyone looking for great service and great staff!

The team at Champion Cleaners are absolutely incredible at what they do, treating each garment with care and precision to ensure perfection when you pick them up. They can remove almost any stain (even ones that happened years before) and in their care I’ve never experience the common issues with dry cleaners such as missing buttons or, worse yet, missing articles of clothing. I’ve used them for the last 7 years. We actually moved down to broomfield and I tried a local place — worst mistake ever. Clothes were overly stiff and a suit jacket still had a stain. Plus the price was almost double! So I’ve still been driving up 36 to this location to do all my dry cleaning cause they’re affordable, pleasant and I’ve never once had an issue.

Cheapest place in Boulder for dry cleaning. My uniform pants, which cost 8 – 10 elsewhere, are only $ 6 at Champion. Plus their hours are great. I got the green bag too, so I think they not only discount for that but you’re saving the environment from plastic. Never had a problem with them.

Champion Cleaners is right near where I live, so I go here for dry cleaning. I usually get some suits/​blouses, and my dark jeans dry cleaned (so they don’t fade in the wash). The prices seem a little bit high, but for the convenience of it being nearby, I don’t mind.
My only hesitation that knocked off the one star is that some of my jeans are still fading (not sure if that’s just inevitable) and sometimes the jeans come back like they shrunk a little bit, which shouldn’t happen with dry cleaning that is done properly.
I would love to try their alteration service sometime.

I’ve used champions since I moved to Colorado, the prices are very competitive and the service is always excellent. Their alterations are about as good as it gets. Even though I moved 10 mins away, I still use this location.
