Crown Trophy of Louisville

I came in with a broken trophy, asked them to glue it and they refused. They sent me to walmart to buy epoxy glue. Why not help a customer willing to pay them? Trophy companies are hard to keep in business. They’ll never survive if they keep treating customers like this.

Came here after googling «awards.» Bought some graduation presents of padfolios and wanted to get them personalized by adding engraved name plates and needed it fast (within two days). I emailed 3 different engravers and all responded that they could do what I was looking for. Crown Trophy came up first on my map search so I headed there.
Pleasantly surprised at the options of name plate thingys they had and went with a standard silver with black engraved. She asked for the dimensions — had no idea. Not a clue. Wish there would have been some samples, but I guess they can’t think of everything anyone could possibly want — but I admit I was anxioius in hoping that they’d turn out an appropriate size. She guesstimated and it turned out fine. Unfortunately they weren’t able to get to it that day, had to come back in the morning, so thats my only deduction for a star (one of the other places I emailed did engraving while you wait, would have saved me time, gas, and energy). Other than — happy with what I received. BTW — name plates were $ 8/​piece.

Always helpful and do great work. No need to go to any other place for awards and trophies.
