We have been working with Sep and he has been wonderful! He has been very helpful in explaining everything. We have been impressed with his communication and willingness to not just try to sell us on what would be best commission for him but what is the best product and deal for our family and budget. So far, we would recommend Empire to anyone. I’ll add to post after installation of our new flooring. Hopefully that will go as well as our experience so far.

When the salesman came to our house he pulled into my driveway smoking a joint. He came in stinking of weed and insulted my wife not once, but twice. The manager was immediately notified and we were told we were «going to get a great deal on flooring.» He came the next day and wouldn’t help us. When I explained the situation, the manager in not so many words, said he didn’t believe me. I told him it was possible there was asbestos but didn’t know for sure; I’m no expert. He simply walked out. I would recommend installing flooring yourself before even thinking of calling 800−588−2300!
