History

Established in 2011.

Flatirons Coffee Roasters charged its first roast in November of 2011, and brought the sights, smells and flavors of freshly roasted coffee to Louisville, Colorado a small town rich with history.

We roast on a Diedrich IR-​12, and specialize in small hand crafted roasts. We are dedicated to focusing on small details and are engaged in continuous improvement.

Our goals for our coffee are simple and very honest. We want you to enjoy our coffee. We cup a lot of coffee to make sure that happens. We buy the best tasting coffee on the table, and then roast to optimum development. We use as much empirical data possible to make our coffee reproducible, consistent and delicious.
