I prepare homemade items like pasta sauce, jam, baking mixes, Risotto Cakes™, Fig Pizzas™, BLW Cookies™, cookie dough, and small meals. Almost everything else in the shop is a small batch local product. A casual brunch is served from 10 – 2 on Sundays, and 5-course meals are served on Fridays and Saturdays at 7 PM. If all 12 seats are booked, each guest will only pay $ 50.

Established in 2015.
Fond has been open since October 1st, 2015. The owner, Chef Madeleine Dee, has also owned and operated No Place Like Home — Louisville Personal Chef Services since 2010.
