Established in 1997.

Fulton & Devlin, LLC was started in 1997 by Judson Devlin and Patrick Fulton. Over the following 15 years, the firm has grown steadily to eight attorneys and defends Workers’ Compensation cases throughout Kentucky and Southern Indiana.

Meet the Manager

Patrick F.

Manager

Patrick was raised in Louisville, Kentucky, graduated from UNC — Chapel Hill in 1982 and received his Juris Doctorate from UK College of Law in 1985. He has practiced Workers’ Compensation law since 1985 and has been selected as a member of Best Lawyers in America and received a Martindale-​Hubbell AV rating. Patrick is a frequent lecturer on Workers’ Compensation law for the KBA, and served as the KBA Workers’ Compensation Section Chairman for 2013 — 2014.
