I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this shop! I had gotten an estimate to replace my catalytic converter and they beat the estimate by $ 700! They were very friendly and obviously extremely knowledgeable about what they are doing! I walked in off the street and they had me out the door in about an hour! And they were very busy! Will definitely take my car back there any time I have an issue!

Brought a Magnaflow muffler to them on a Saturday and they installed it within a hour even with 6 other customers sitting there. The price for labor was very reasonable.

My trusty car repair place recommended Hi-​Way Muffler for a job that would cost over 3 times if I had them go ahead to do it. With no appointment, Hi-​Way Muffler had my issue fixed within 20 minutes and for even less than my usual place estimated. All the gentlemen were very nice and helpful, and I couldn’t ask for better service or experience. Thanks guys!

This place is excellent! Very honest, fast, and affordable. They fixed the Y pipe on my vehicle for one third of the price everywhere else. Ask for Doug! He gives excellent customer service. He even loaned me a cord to charge my cell phone.

As a lady, I hate getting my car worked on. I hate dealing with people talking to me like I don’t know what I’m doing, and I always feel taken advantage of. Not here!
I came here after my people at Goodyear couldn’t help. I had a hole in my exhaust pipe and needed it welded. It was a bit of a drive, but completely worth it. Although its first come, first serve, the service was quick and efficient (I was in the waiting room for about an hour). They keep things within budget, and don’t overcharge. Just honest guys doing work on your car. Ask for Doug, he’s great!
I would definitely recommend coming here!

These guys are fantastic. Very reasonably priced AND they actually show you what is wrong with your car before they start any work. As a woman going to an automotive shop alone, this is a big deal to be treated very well and to be given a fair price for parts and labor. I have been to these guys twice now in the past few years for separate issues, and highly recommend them. Doug remembered who I was and what type of car I have without having seen me drive in. THAT’s impressive.

Everyone I spoke with was great, and the best part was they were very honest and let me know my options.
My 2004 Lexus GS 300 kept throwing the catalytic converter code on the check engine light. After taking the car to Springdale Auto and SMI and running the codes, I was told I needed to replace the catalytic converters (price range $ 1200-​$ 1800). There was no mention of checking the converters to ensure that was the actual problem. After hearing of HiWay from a coworkers husband I took it in, they tested the converters (free of charge). Fortunately, both checked out to be functioning properly.
I appreciate the help and the honesty. Keep it up guys!

After asking several people for muffler recommendations, Hi-​Way Muffler was the only one I received. It is first-​come, first-​served and I didn’t get there until 9 am. They had an open bay and I was pulled straight in. It turns out that I only needed a little welding, and I was in my way 20 minutes later.
Fast and friendly service without costing too much. Yes!
