I feel lied to, cheated and stolen from! These people are, flat out, thieves!
This company operates as «Massage Advantage» as well as «Jeffersontown Medical». I purchased a Living Social deal for an hour long massage. When I called to make my appointment «Donetta» was very polite. I explained that I was an agency nurse, and therefore was always «on call.» She assured me that if I needed to make a change that it would be ok. However, due to heavy traffic, I found myself running late. When I called to alert them, the same woman told me that it was «too late to reschedule». Not understanding her, I said, «I understand. I don’t mean for today. We can do it for another day.» She replied that it was too late to reschedule. period. She, also, made it clear that she was keeping my money.
I was, absolutely, stunned. I have never. EVER. experienced this kind of blatancy before. I explained to her that I had made this purchase, and scheduled my appointment, 2 days before my husband collapsed from a stroke… had I not made that purchase when I did, I would not have felt comfortable spending the money because I am the only one in the household that can work at the moment… and then I hung up.
I felt cheated and at that point, she could have apologized 100 times over, and I would not have wanted to do business with her, or allow them to give me any sort of «therapy». Doesn’t matter. she apparently did not care. She had my number, and did not bother to try to call back and offer any sort of reparation.
Thankfully, I called Living Social, and they were very kind and professional. They refunded my money, and they gave me $ 10 credit towards a future purchase. I can assure you, it will not be from THIS company.
