I ordered flowers for my Mothers 80th birthday and there was no card. There was a message inside saying if there is any problem to call or email and they would be happy to send another bouquet free of charge.
I sent an email and within 15 minutes they had responded and said they were so sorry and would be happy to send another bouquet and a hand written card.
My mother was so impressed!, not only did they hand write the card for me and send a beautiful new bouquet, they too sent her a birthday card from them. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you for helping to make my Mother happy!
