I called late on a Thursday afternoon and left a message. On Friday morning I called around 9 and talked to an employee. I told him we needed three locks rekeyed. He asked for our address and what kind of key — Schlage. We waited, waited and waited. We decided to call Buffalo Lock and Key and they scheduled us the next afternoon. The work was done in a professional manner. Kaiser finally called back 2 weeks later. I couldn’t believe how poor their customer service was. I could not recommend Kaiser to anyone.
