Established in 2011.

We Love Apple products, but we found it increasingly difficult to get the level of service that we expected from The Apple Stores. Sitting with 20 other people in a mall trying to learn about our newly purchased products was a complete waste of time. How could you possibly get all of your questions answered with all of the noise and with Apple employees that were basically salespeople with no real tech background? So we decided to start Mac in a Snap to really help people understand and use their products. Sure we are not free like the Apple store… but we guarantee you will learn more in an hour (with us) that you would get attending 10 Apple sessions. So give us a call today!
