Yeah, I know this is a McAlister’s but I truly feel it deserves a five star rating. Everything was perfect. Everything was tasty. No wait. Friendly staff. To top it off, it was my very first time eating at a McAlister’s. I’m sure people will gasp. :) I stopped in for lunch today in between a meeting and heading back to work. I walked in, I placed my order(there’s a lot to choose from), after about five to ten minutes my order was up and I was on my way out the door. I decided to go with the Turkey Melt Sandwich, a cup of the roasted vegetable soup, and a coke. First I crunched up some crackers in my soup and took a big bite because it smelled so good. Yum! It was jam packed with flavor. Loved the veggies and loved the tomatoey broth. Next I dove into the sandwich. I absolutely loved it. The bun was multigrain. Inside the bun it was packed full of juicy sliced turkey, melted cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and then topped with brown mustard and a little mayo. I was either super hungry or it was just that good because I devoured it. My meal also came with a crunchy pickle. Great job McAlister’s! You put some of my faith back into the fast food world.

Called in an order for two salads. Picked them up on my way to an appointment. Lettuce was dirty with clumps and specks of dirt throughout. Brown slimy limp lettuce was in the other salad. In the last year the service has continually declined at this location.

Food is great but due to service the past 3 weekly visits, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. The wait today for a taco salad was 20 minutes after my order was placed. When I complained, I was told it was a printer issue. No apology offered, no one came to explain there was a delay either. Last week similar experience as well as the week before.

Boring. Boring selections. Same sandwiches majority places. Nothing stands out. My 16 yr. Old will tell you he lives their sweet tea.

Only come here if you’ve got a ton of time to kill. Three of us came in(order of 2, and 1) twenty minutes later the order of 2 receive their food and twenty five minutes later the party of one is still waiting. Granted it’s 9pm, but we’ve enjoyed the lack of service and the employees displaying how much they don’t like their jobs. We don’t like this place either, right now.

I have visited this location several times in the last few years and had decent/good service. I just visited yesterday for lunch and I was very disappointed. I ordered a grilled chicken caesar salad, which I have several times, and when it was delivered to my table I was shocked at the way it looked. Most of the lettuce was ok, but ¼ of the lettuce I was given was brown and disgusting. I picked all of the bad lettuce off and put it in a pile on my table. Finally someone came by to see how my food was and I told her that I was shocked at how gross the lettuce looked. She examined my pile and agreed and kinda joked about it, but did nothing and walked away. She only had a few teeth in her mouth… Needless to say, I left a little unsatisfied.

I usually don’t review chain restaurants(why bother– they’re pretty much all the same) but I really love this mcalister’s so I had to speak up. The workers here are fan– freaking-tastic. I’ve never waited longer than 10 mins on a dish. Super fast and super friendly service. The food is always tasty and the tea is always spot on. The staff remembers me when I come in and they are always friendly without being fake or annoying at all. The restaurant is really clean and it’s never overly noisy. Just a great place to catch lunch or dinner or stop in for a big olé sweet tea(which I highly recommend). I hope they stick around a long time.

Stopped in this location with my father for lunch, as it is right next to our hotel. We both really enjoyed our lunch. I had the New Yorker(corned beef on rye with Swiss). The meat was tender and tasted good. I personally would have liked to have my bread a little more toasted. We split a piece of cheesecake, and I thought it was pretty good. Our service was pretty good, and the girls behind the counter were more than willing to answer any questions. We also picked up some of the small desserts to take back to our room. My mother enjoyed the peanut butter and chocolate rice krispy snacks, enough that we had to get more the next day. I would probably go to another location if I happened to be hungry and in the area of one. Unfortunately we don’t have any in Michigan. This particular location is a little out of the way(I would assume this is true for even the locals).

Its ok for a quick bite to eat… the cheesesteak is not cheesesteak its roast beef heated up with cheese on it… of course the roll was very big… but with very little meat compared to the size… go figure

Recently I got a cheese potato here. It was quite good. I love baked potatoes in general. I think it’s probably the best baked potatoes in the area. The place was clean and people were pleasant. And they do have great sweet tea.

This location sucks. The customer service is horrendous and they are always understaffed. Don’t go here.

We love Mcalisters, especially on Thursdays when kids eat free. The sandwiches and soup deal is awesome!

I had the combo, soup and half sandwich. Food was great. Really hit the spot. I thought the food took kind of long to be served given the place was only half full. But it was worth the wait. Service was also very good. Perhaps they just take time in the kitchen to get it just right.
