McDonald’s

Well, It’s been about a year and a half since I last went into this McDonalds. I should have stuck to my guns like I said in my previous review and not have given them another chance. I went in last Saturday about 3 pm, only one other customer seated in the place. No other customers at the counter. I must have been invisible. The manager was at the register paying for her meal. I know this because she had a long running conversation with the only other employee to be seen at the counter. Neither one greeted me in any way, nor did they even look up from their seemingly important goings on with the managers meal.
I waited… and waited… and waited… and was just about to walk out when the employee finally looked up at me. Still she said NOTHING!!! I finally said to her «are you all finished»? Only then did she take my order.
No wonder McDonalds business is going down the tubes. There are SO MANY other fast food restaurants with much better customer service. But if the managers treatment of customers was this rude, no wonder the employees are no better. Sorry McDonalds. I’m afraid I won’t be back.

The food here is always good and the staff are pleasant and friendly. Makes me wonder what type of attitudes the other writers displayed. Best diet coke in the world!

Who reviews McDonald’s. Lol. But I just had to. Every employee in here (3 that I interacted with anyway)– the most miserable sarcastic and unfriendly bunch around. Food good as usual but oddly rude bunch.

The best mcdonalds anywhere! Fast food is fast food, so I won’t go into that, it’s their employees that earns them 5 stars. Always courteous and they never get my order wrong which seems to be quite a feat these days.
