Established in 2007.

Managing Director Bill Menish left his 20 year career as a broadcast journalist, most recently a news anchor at San Diego’s top rated newscast on NBC 7 to start Menish Auctions. Bill quickly rose to prominence as one of the most successful Benefit Auctioneers in the Country. Successes include raising $ 5.5 Million for JDRF Seattle, Washington, raising $ 2.3 Million for The Dick Vitale Gala in Sarasota, Florida and working with Paris Hilton and Avril Lavigne at the Hilton Wishing Tree Auction in Beverly Hills, CA.

In Real Estate, Menish Auctions has sold multi-​million dollar properties at auction from California to Florida with a heavy concentration of activity in Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana.

Bill Menish is the Managing Director of SVN Auction Services Menish Auctions.

Bill holds the prestigious Certified Auctioneer Institute (CAI), Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) and Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS) designations through the National Auctioneers Association. Bill has conducted real estate auctions across the country for Sperry Van Ness, Prudential, Albert Burney, Advani Realty and Real Auctions USA.

Bill uses his talents acquired through a successful 20-​year career as a television broadcaster, where he received 15 Emmys and the prestigious Edward R. Murrow award among others, to communicate, inform, even entertain his auction audiences. Bill

brought those talents to SVN Auction Services by creating an in-​house video production department to produce video promotional materials that tell the stories of the properties being sold to inspire buyers to act.
