5 stars for the staff, 4 stars for the location. I’m not a fan of malls.
I had a problem with my surface pro and was suggested by the Microsoft call center to come here. It’s in a mall which I’m not a fan of but the staff was super helpful with my laptop. Turns out it was pretty much dead so they replaced it with another one after asking me a few questions. It was painless and I would suggest anyone that needs help or anything related to a Microsoft product should stop by. They also deal with the Microsoft game consoles.
It’s not actually a store front but a kiosk in the center of the main hall.
