Norton Audubon Hospital

4 hours 15 minute wife broke bone in foot no meds for pain this hospital is the worst place of all hospitals they simply don’t care have seen many walk out, saw a 80 year old lady told to get out of wheel chair hospital staff needed it she left and her husband cussed them out as they left still waiting

I’ve been waiting in the ER for over two hours with my friend who has a head wound. Worst ER service ever. I will never come here again, especially if my life depends on it.
This place needs a management overhaul. It seems I’m not the only one who feels this way.

Most inefficient hospital I have ever been in – I sit on a waiting room for over an hour only to find out the reason I’ve been here is because the nurse hasn’t gotten here on time? Inexcusable ! My insurance company — and myself — are billed thousands of dollars and are being bilked by a system where too many people have too little to do with — apparently –no oversight.

Unfortunately not a great experience this past Friday on the 13^th of March. My stepfather is located in the cancer unit. Unfortunately, he just doesn’t have a lot of strength to do what many of us take for granted including sitting up, going to the bathroom and cleaning himself. Staff was informed that he urinated on himself and that the monitor in his room was making a really sound. A nurse said someone will be with him shortly. Fifteen minutes passed and no one came. Another 10 minutes passed and still no one. We called staff once again only to be told that «shell be there as soon as the labels have printed».(What!) What does that have to do with my stepfather laying in his urine and the monitor making noise? Finally after about 35 to 40 minutes someone came. They were very unprofessional and rude to say the least. Staff including nurses/​personnel need to be taught customer service skills. (If they don’t like what they do then get out so someone who wants to be there can do the job).

I have been trying to give a review on Norton Audubon wound care center and I haven’t been able find it here on Unilocal.I have never been to the Emergency room there so I personally have not given it a review. .But I can give one about the Excellent Wound Care Center because I am a patient of the most compassionate caring doctor I in my 53 years have been to and it is Dr. Rodney McMillan he is GREAT and his staff is GREAT you can tell they and Dr. McMillan love what they do. .If anyone in Louisville ever finds themselves like me in the need of one here is the place to go! I contacted m.r.s.a. from my surgery in the hospital on December 22^nd and my surgeon to be honest completely abandoned me and a nurse at the hospital told me he is the best. And she was right. .I wish I could mention all of his staff by name but I exceed the numbers according to Unilocal.I am so fortunate to be in such great care by all of these wonderful people. .God bless each and every one of you. .You have made my life bearable and I see the light at the end of the tunnel. .And this experience with my surgeon really opened my eyes about some of the people who do have the title of being a doctor. .And I will be writing a review on him soon! ! I promise..

Very poor service! Sitting for over an hour so far for someone to checkout my 88 year old grandfather with heart failure!
