Norton Immediate Care Centers

My grandmother had fallen and injured her left leg, and it began to swell to a concerning size. She had been struggling to walk, so we convince her to try the Norton walk in clinic near her home. We expected Swift service and immediate care, yet we found ourselves waiting for 2+ hours just to be relocated to yet another room to wait. I am very unhappy with the wait time and the stress this entire ordeal has put my grandmother through. Not only has the service been slow, but it has also worried my grandmother as to where she will be able to get care in case of an emergency, let alone a mere cold. If you are in need of medical assistance and do not want to wait for a copious period of time, stay far away from Norton’s immediate medical care, because you are sure to be disappointed.

Arrived at noon with sinus infection and left sitting in waiting room for hour and half and then shown to another room where I sit after another hour and half without seeing one person.

Went and no doctor on duty until 4:00. What’s up without that? Hold all immediate care concerns until doctor arrives. Unbelievable!
