I couldn’t be happier with the results of my Invisalign. The doctors really know what they’re talking about and are very easy going. The staff is super friendly too, and as an added bonus, the office is really cool!

Perelmuter and Goldberg orthodontics is one if the best orthodontic offices in Louisville and quite possibly the state of Kentucky. Their staff are super nice and both doctors are extremely knowledgable in the field of orthodontics, especially Invisalign (invisible braces). I am a general dentist in Louisville and refer most of my patients to their office and everyone absolutely loves it there. I also personally had my braces done with Dr. Perelmuter when I was a teenager. Due to his expertise, we were able to avoid surgery and he gave me a beautiful smile that I show off everyday. I personally would ignore the other reviews that only gave this office a few stars. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE FOR ORTHODONTICS!!!

My experience here was very uncomfortable. First, when I got to the building I signed in downstairs and waited for 15 minutes before they called me over to the desk and rudely said I was in the wrong part of the building. They told me to go upstairs. It took that long to notice after I signed in? So now I’m late for my appointment. Then I’m waiting in the room and I notice the orthodontist coming to the desk to talk to the receptionist about how something was handled. Then the lady who first consults with you (Susan) comes out and talks to the receptionist about something personal that had happened and it was very strange. This kind of office talk usually happens at lunch or at least behind closed doors. It was very unprofessional. Then I had my consultation. The coordinator was distracted and not friendly and the orthodontist didn’t impress me. Then the coordinator tried to get me in the very next day for a $ 200 appointment to go over options. I was not at all sure that I wanted Invisalign or braces so I wasn’t going to pay $ 200 to talk more. I thought my initial consultation was going to give me enough information to make an informed decision. I have since decided to get braces but not here!!! There are many orthodontist offices in the area that are friendlier and more professional. I was very disappointed.

I finished up my last appointment with Perelmuter and Goldberg after having braces for two years. They did a wonderful job. I could not be happier with the results and the process was so easy, thanks to the awesome staff. They are always so kind and treat you like their only client. I have no complaints with them, they did a great job.

Giving this business even 1 star rating is generous… I’ve spent over 4 years of my life and thousands and thousands of dollars trying to get straight teeth. I’ve been lied to countless times. I would not recommend Perelmuter and Goldburg to anyone. You will be disappointed.

I just finished my last appointment with P&GO and I could not be happier. I am a 61 male with straight teeth thanks to P&GO and their wonderful staff. I was treated with Invisalign. There was never discomfort and the appliances did not disrupt my lifestyle. I was amazed how attentive the staff is with cleanliness and hygiene. Dr. Perelmuter and Dr. Goldberg listened well and knew their craft. They were very concerned with perfection and I will be happy to recommend them to everyone of all ages. Thank you to everyone at P&GO for giving me reason to smile.

I got my invisalign on about 1 year ago and BOOM my teeth are fixed. When I went in for my initial consultation I said, «1 year??? I couldn’t possibly do this for that long.» Well, the time has flow by and I have perfect teeth and not to mention 10 lbs lighter from being on the invisalign diet
Definition of Invisalign Diet: Someone who loses weight while wearing their liners simply because they are too lazy to brush their teeth after late night snacking so they choose not to snack at all. hehe ;)
The staff is amazing and really makes this a painless process.

I came here to get Invisalign by recommendation from my dentist. I’ve been going for about a year now and am wrapping up my treatment.
It’s fine and so far it’s getting the job done. But I do have a major complaint: EVERY time I have gone in for an appointment, something has gone wrong in the following 24 hours that then requires me to go BACK in again to have it fixed.
The first time, the attachment on my front tooth ripped off when I took out the aligner to brush my teeth. When I went in to get it fixed they seemed incredulous that this could even possibly happen. I didn’t do anything weird, I was doing exactly what I was supposed to do. Another time, the metal button attachment for the rubberbands ripped off because there was too much glue that hooked on to the aligner (and if you’ve ever had orthodontic work, you know that these things getting ripped off your teeth is NOT a pleasant feeling).
I called the emergency line after one of these things happened on a friday night and didn’t get a call back until monday afternoon, because the on-​call Dr. was dialing the number wrong repeatedly. And when I have gone in to have the issues fixed (again…after EVERY scheduled appointment, something had to be fixed within a day) I get the impression as I am being spoken to, that it was my fault that these things went wrong.
My last appointment, the woman working on me kept forgetting to do all the things she had told me that she was going to do before I left: cutting the aligners down, removing two of the tooth attachments, and removing the metal buttons. It was just disconcerting as a patient to have to remind her to finish the things she said she had to do.
So, the job is getting done. But I am more than a little annoyed that I have had to waste my time and PTO at work to have to go in double the amount of times to have things fixed that I don’t think should ever have been an issue.
