I have gone here several times and although they do a good job, I always have to wait. Today after 2 hours of waiting beyond the time I SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE, I finally walked out. My time is valuable too, and if they can’t even have the courtesy to acknowledge me, then they don’t deserve my business.

My experience here was horrible. I had the worst nail tech available. It took forever for her to do my gel nails French tips. My thumb nail was not smooth after the lengthy process. I chose this place based on the reviews. It’s unfortunate I have a bad review.

I was so pleased with my experience yesterday morning! I has expected quite a long wait, but was surprised to find only one other person ahead of me when I got there shortly after they opened. I was immediately taken back to a pedicure chair where the tech was thorough and really took her time. I really appreciated that! The same tech did my shellac manicure and again, she took her time. It was by far the best manicure I’ve had in a long time. By no means is this salon the fanciest, but they definitely take pride in their work and it shows. I will definitely be making this my go to salon from now on!

I’ve been to a few different Asian salons in the city and this is where I keep coming back. This is the best. Sometimes you have to wait for a bit on the weekends because they are understaffed but it’s worth it. They take their time and do it all. Massage, hot towel etc. and they’re inexpensive.
