History

Established in 2008.

I began this company, in some ways, by accident. I admit to having insecurities growing up when it came to my skin which forced me to do everything I could to improve the appearance of my skin in any way possible — which included tanning & tanning beds (ugh!) to hide the freckles and pasty skin I had as a natural redhead. But it was only after being diagnosed with Melanoma, a form of skin cancer at a very young age, that I decided to change my habits and begin paying closer attention to how I cared for my skin and began to accept myself as I am. In addition to improving my own regimen, I found my passion for making others feel better about themselves and wanted to pass along my knowledge and relay the story of my «mistakes» so in the hopes that others would not have to deal with the same «fate». We now are a full Skin Spa and offer some of the most unique and enjoyable skin care services. We continue to grow and look forward to serving you.

Business Owner

I am a Licensed Esthetician with a passion for skin care, healthy living, inside and out! I started Polished Skin Spa & Wellness Ctr. in the hopes of educating and giving back to those that suffered with some of the same insecurities and skin conditions as I did growing up. If I can prevent anyone from getting Melanoma, I will! My goal is to educate those about healthier skin care habits, to include the dangers of the sun without the use of SPF and Tanning Beds. In addition, I get to use my creative and «OCD» side and love to do Permanent Makeup. I hope to be doing this until I grow old! It is my passion and enjoy getting up each and every day because I am blessed to do what I love.
