I had my bikini and full legs area done for over a year. I had about 8 treatments in total. This is what they go by as a standard amount of visits for total hair removal. By the end of the 8th visit they require me to start paying for the remaining visits until I completely achieve the result I want. I refused to pay anymore than the substantial amount I paid. I initially spoke with MISSY DYER, Clinical Director. She was unprofessional in her ways as far as stating «you have to pay from now on.» She did look a small area of my legs And determined from there. She later on called and apologized for her tone and actions. She also said that she will try to do something for me. After months of waiting, I then, contacted KERI BY email. However, I am also disappointed to date as I have not heard from her as well. LESSON LEARNED: review YOUR CONTRACT. DO NOT AGREE TO THEIR 8 TREATMENT IN TOTAL AS IT WILL NOT BE ENOUGH. YOU WILL END UP PAYING MORE. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE MOST OF EACH VISIT BY ASKING THEM TO REPEAT CERTAIN AREAS THAT YOU FEEL WAS NOT ADDRESSED.
