Personal training that implements safe specific designed workouts based on individual goals. We get results by using current researched based protocols. Functional training and core strength are the structural concepts of our programs. Typical workouts consist of intense anaerobic cross-training, interval and strength training, as well as balance and flexibility exercises. We also design sport specific programs for the individual and group athlete.
History
Established in 2003.
ProFormance was opened in December 2003 By Owner Cary Cox and now Current Co-Owner Bert Kremer. ProFormance has 8 full time trainers and has expanded its busy from personal training to Youth Sports Conditioning and also offers several Boot Camps.

Bert, Cary C.
Business Owner
Bert holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisville in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Health and Wellness and Marketing. While a student, Bert was on the Dean’s list for academic achievement eight consecutive semesters. He also is USAW Certified for Coaching and APEX Certified for Nutrition. Bert has more than 10 years experience as a personal trainer. NSCA-CSCS.
Hobbies: kayaking, mountain biking, wakeboarding, camping and adventure racing. Kremer recently kayaked from Cincinnati to Louisville via Ohio River (4 days) 129 miles.
